My insurance company sent Theo to my rescue after I called roadside service; my tire had gone flat then the spare went flat! Theo and his wife came within the hour at close to 1 a.m., and took very good care of me. He first tried to put air in the flat spare, and then competently and quickly hooked my car up to the truck and took it over to the shop. Theo even dropped my keys off at Lex Brodie's the next morning so they could replace the tires, to save me from having to find a ride there. I chatted with his wife, and it sounds like the business is a real family affair, and I like that a lot. want to take the time to mahalo Theo's towing for their kokua yesterday. my sister's daughter accidentally hit the lock button on the truck door yesterday (while it was running) in the morning while she was dropping off her keiki to me before work. YIKES! Sister called her Geico- who told her it would take an hour to get to us and was on hold forever! I called my AAA who estimated 45 mins to get a tow truck to us, then we Googled and called Theo's Towing on our own who, came in less than 10 minutes and had her unlocked in less than 5 minutes (if even that long)! My car overheated heading back to Kona on the Hilo side of Saddle Road. I came to Yelp to see what other recommended and saw Theo's Towing and decided to give him a try. So happy that I did, Theo really took care of me and brought me and my car back to Kona and had amazing rates. He was there to rescue us soon with his amazing truck and dropped us at Avis to get a rental. Nissan was closed by then, so Theo kept our car till Monday morning. Awesome, friendly service. My car was stranded all the way down in south point and needed to be towed to volcano. He was more than willing to go the extra miles and made sure we got home safely.
