The book says this job is 1.5 hours. When I got there, they told me they would charge me for .7 hours for the job. I had the stud and lug nut so they just had to remove the rotor, knock out the old stud and press the new one in. Anyway, I've decided to have my car serviced (if needed, since I do most of the work myself) here from now on. I have had nothing but great experiences with this particular shop. They put a new tire on a wheel for me at no charge (it was off the vehicle), they broke free a couple of seized lug nuts at no charge, they balanced a wheel for me at no charge because it was a Goodyear tire, and now today, they didn't charge me the full 1.5 hours of labor like they could have. I am very happy with the service and the aloha here at Goodyear and will bring my vehicle back when needed.

I'm a small local Turo host and Turo required an annual safety inspection. So we decided to take it to Firestone and get an oil change for both of our cars at the same time as the safety inspection and be on our way. Imagine my surprise when my safety inspection came back failed! On a four year old car with less than 31,000 miles on it. We had even asked politely that if anything failed to not fill out the form, as we only had one form and were unable to print another due to hurricane what are you power outage. They failed the vehicle for tire tread, noting that all tires had tread of 6/32 or 7/32. The threshold for Turo is 4/32 (and that is in writing on the form as well) so it was clearly a passed inspection, but they filled out the entire form and failed it, telling us we would have to get new tires. The tires are pretty new, with less than 31,000 miles on them and heavy tread for off-roading. We had to take our vehicle elsewhere to get reinspected and the form completed so I could get the vehicle back on the road for my customers. The other place said the tires are fine and could last quite a while longer. I feel like they were trying to maybe take advantage of our situation and get us to buy new tires, knowing that failing our inspection prevents us from renting the car and getting our income. And while I understand times are tough and maybe they pull a commission for tires, we are in the same tough situation and did not appreciate the extra time and effort that had to be expended to get the vehicle reinspected and to go in and ask for a refund of the inspection fee. By the way we priced tires elsewhere and were able to find them for less than half of what we were quoted by Firestone as well. I will say that after we quickly discussed the situation the employees were very open to refunding us the inspection fee, which I appreciated very much, as I was not looking forward to any argument. I would have loved to be able to give a good rating and give my continued business, but now I will not come back because I don't trust them. I also found some random parts thrown on the floor of my car which I assume should have been put back somewhere during the oil change, but I'll just have it remedied elsewhere. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend.

Chris did the work and verified the brake caliper was still good before he quoted the job, which help assure the final price equals the quoted amount. I then found on a Instagram post that the owners son Tacoma was riding my bike without my knowledge . It seems that the police department is getting a kickback from these tow companies and they're working hand-in-hand together. We showed up with a truck where we could've took all three bikes, but the police officer insisted that the bikes were towed. It felt shiesty and corrupt. It was brought to my attention that Tacoma their son was bragging at school that he was riding the bikes and posted it on Instagram . Bad business , Bad parenting

So I was on my spare tire and constantly filling the other that was slowly leaking. Justin and team were able to find me another rim from their yard and quickly repair it transferring my old tire to the new rim. Another great guy quickly repaired my slow leak by plugging my tire that Les Brodie couldn't do because of its location on the tread. I love this place and highly recommend their service for anything tire related and if you need spare parts off a vehicle! Saved me lots of $$$ and heartache shipping something from mainland!

I have the unfortunate burden of informing the public that these guys are Crooks…read more We needed the shocks rebuilt for our truck and when my 81 year father brought it to Jeff, he was talked into ordering new shocks for $4500.00 ! Then Jeff strung him along for over 9 months with many excuses as to why the shocks had not arrived, then parts were missing or on back-order, etc. I finally went to pick up the truck and asked Jeff to just put the shocks we had purchased into the trunk as I was not going to take any more excuses and go elsewhere. First, he claimed the shocks were in trunk (which was empty) and tried to tell me someone must have taken them. Then he came out and tried to give me a 5 year old set of used, scratched up shocks. Then he finally said he does not have them! Jeff has made no attempt to refund the money or make good in any way on these criminal acts.
