Jim is a funny guy, with a great bedside manner. He is tough enough to push me, yet empathetic enough to care about how I felt as a whole person, not just my shoulder. In my case Lindsey from U of W has spent a lot of time with me and is excellent. Zach would do well to hire her. Others in the office from the front desk to assistants have all been good to work with and are friendly. On the equipment side, they have everything needed to treat patients. Stationary bike, treadmill, arm bike, exercise balls, bands, etc. You get the idea. Overall an excellent experience.

The woman who helped check me in was kind and patient. Didn't pry like some may. My wait was a long time. Do not let the "express" fool you. This is similar to waiting at an urgent care or ER. I waited for almost two hours just to get back to a room, did x-rays, and then waited longer for a doctor to come in. It was a lot of waiting. Everyone was pleasant, no complaints there. The doctor I saw basically referred me to one of their hip doctors and I still have not heard back from them. And this was two weeks ago. I've even called and left a message.

There I met Ciera Brecto my female physical therapist. Due to life's choices over the years I have had a number of PT's due to multiple operations of both knees, back and joints. Ciera is the best of many. She knows her stuff, greats you with a smile, and is attentive to your needs. She does her job with a smile and understands when and where it hurts while working to improve your motion and healing.
