Worst massage ever please save your money owner was very rude and has a sour face when you walk in

Did not receive a massage but the phone conversation alone deserves a review. Was planning a trip to Bakersfield and wanted to set something up for the 28th. She called back and informed us that she would not be available because she will be celebrating her anniversary. (I loved that she called back and not left me hanging) She then gave a recommendation of a fellow therapist and asked if it was okay to give my number to them. Thank you for such great customer service and recommending me to your friend. We look forward to their call. I've had one massage before coming to Nicole, that massage ended in me leaving 10 minutes in because I felt so uncomfortable. My spouse went to Nicole several times before I was finally convinced to go, I sit all day and had a car wreck last year so I was truly in pain. Nicole was so patient with me and started with some relaxation on my back before jumping into cupping, because it was my first time I could not tolerate some areas being worked on but what I could tolerate feels almost 100% better, I know I need more work but this was an amazing experience for my first real time. read more
