Lino started Speech Therapy through Early Intervention in January 2025. At that time, he was using…read moresingle words, able to name pictures here and there, but couldn't even say "help" when I could see he was asking for it in his own way. His patience was short, which made communication tough. He also had delays with motor skills. He could hold utensils and knew they were for eating--he would bring them to his mouth--but he wasn't able to hold them strongly or in the correct way. After months of practice and support, he's now using utensils just fine, and I'm so proud of how far he's come. He began receiving Speech Therapy-Grace, Occupational Therapy-Madelyn, and Developmental Therapy-Shirley once a week. After 8 months of consistent therapy, the progress has been incredible. Lino is now able to make sentences, loves to sing, and can clearly say what he wants. His play skills have also grown--he enjoys playing with others and now involves people around him, which has been wonderful to see. We are especially grateful to his therapist, who has shown how much they truly care about Lino. The patience, dedication, and encouragement they've given him (and us as parents) mean so much. They don't just teach--they celebrate every small win with us, and that has made all the difference. As a woman, I often feel uncomfortable in healthcare situations, especially when it's as "hands-on" as physical therapy can be. All of the staff were super great about expressing consent and making me feel comfortable at each appointment. I enjoyed my time getting to know the friendly staff while regaining my strength. He had started speech therapy through another agency, however he was not progressing or enjoying the sessions. We switched to this agency and the difference was like night and day! When Kate first contacted us I was incredibly impressed by her professionalism and attention to detail (I'm a clinical social worker - so my standards for service delivery and therapeutic outcomes are very high. And hey, this therapy is for my kid. And he rocks). Our first session with Kate was fantastic. My son warmed to her straight away, and from then on would stand by the window before each session waiting for her to turn up. And open and close the door for her like the gentleman he is. During the first week, we spent time setting goals and talking about how we would be able to assess his development. I also appreciated that Kate told me from the beginning, that she would be transitioning us over to a new therapist, Angie, in a few months. The transition was seamless. Both Kate and Angie have worked so hard with my son and genuinely care about him. They celebrate his successes and cheer him on as loudly as we do. Both have a freakishly good memory and know all his favorite toys, games and activities. Even his favorite color (orange...weird choice, but ok). Angie has even visited his school and met with his teacher to provide extra education for her. So cool. More than anything, I have appreciated how family-centered their practice is. Both therapists have provided us with a wealth of education about ways we can work with him at home, recommendations for schooling and invaluable support and advice. Last year, we had a grunting and screaming kid who was shy and retreating further into his shell. Now we have a little dude that is confident, can string a sentence together and has a wide vocab ("sour cream" and "mouthwash" - anyone?). The greatest joy is to see him so happy and understood by others! I cannot recommend this agency more highly!

My mom is a former dental hygienist so all of my former dentists were some of her colleagues. While…read morethey were excellent dentists, some of them could have used a few lessons in patient services which I think indirectly made me nervous about dentists. Dr. Dalia is the first "outside the industry bubble" for me, but I was super impressed by this place! The actual place is super comfortable and relaxing. Nice music and what they have on the TV is a little odd, but I was able to change the channel. They put on those home flipper shows which makes me think that this place is mostly Sauganash Moms lol. They have Hulu and Netflix so...cool! As you probably can already tell, I am used to a real "old school" dentist so I was very impressed by all the doodads and technology they had which greatly improved my comfort and made a much better memory of a dentist office. I was in for a DEEP cleaning which was done with a load of novacane. While she really numbed me down alot, her assessment for how long it was going to last was accurate. She was also a bit faster than I expected, but her work got my "mom's seal of approval lol" (she wanted to see). I will admit that it has been awhile since I have been in for a cleaning so I have some work cut out for me. Still, Dr. Dalia explained it to me like I was an adult and didn't try to dumb it down. She was able to use technology like my mouth was a football field and she was drawing up plays. I kind of liked that. One overlooked part was the cost and insurance. While it was still "expensive", the prices did match up with what my insurance estimated it would be. I know one of the biggest problems with dentists are insurance. This office seems to have it down and provides quite a bit of transparency of how much it costs. Since my parents paid for my dental work growing up, I have never seen a bill for something quali major. At "worst" the prices here are fair which for a medical/dental practice, is still pretty positive. We will see how my next appointments go, but Dr. Dalia was awesome and I am glad I finally stopped by to get my teeth worked on.

The cleaning I received was thorough and my teeth never looked so clean. She mentioned one of my teeth had a split going across it where a filling was and recommended I get a cap before it brakes and causes more trouble and pain. The procedure was quick and easy and I'm so glad I did. The color matches and I'm so happy with the results. She also bonded my front tooth which cracked which I've been living with for a while. However, I'm happy to say that coming here has made my appointments less stressful and enjoyable! The waiting room is cozy, well-cleaned, and the environment is calm. James was the first person I interacted with--he was helpful and welcoming. We had a brief discussion of anime, tattoos, and other random topics . I believe he decorated the waiting area this month, which made it even cozier and a perfect fit for the spooky season ! I met with Iskho, who is incredible! Iskho is sweet, informative, and funny.
