Cute store. They actually have JELLYCATS. A bunch here and there, and they have some giant ones too. But too bad they mixed the jellycat with other stuff toys, kinda hard to look around because they keep falling here and there. And I was not the only one that was looking for jellycat. They have a bunch of cute stuff too. I will check out the other two locations.

They have cute, carefully CURATED products. I purchased a red umbrella for myself & I was happy to, as I actually heart rainy weather. They have a bunch of umbrellas whose handles/holders are shaped like duck HEADs... with artificial eyes and wooden beaks attached! But not their body parts below their necks. Very ENdearing! You get to hold ON to their necks, I guess... Actually sort of morbid if you think about it... It might have been a pleasant experience and actually a therapeutic one, if the cashier girl with LA vendor hair didn't try to suggest to another man at/browsing at the store that-- I work at CVS, the PHARMACY. I don't work at CVS. I never have. It was very disturbing to recognise this. Regardless of how cute their stuff is, I will not be shopping at this store. She was being predatory and/or at least being complicit, by attempting to suggest to another man that I work somewhere that I don't. Such activities could be related to human trafficking, which I always report.

Therapy is such a fun store to browse! They have a couple of locations in the Bay Area. They have a lot of fun doodads and gifts that you can get here. I think it's a good store to pop in if you got a free hour and/or if you need a gift for someone immediately. They have a lot of things like: toys, plushies, jewelry, books, backpacks, candles etc. I've bought a candle before and I think a towel one time. I'm always tempted to buy something every time I stop by!

I almost had to ask my friends to intervene because I could never leave Therapy without 1-2 pairs of earrings. When I lived walking distance in Mountain View, I would visit weekly. Staff are always so friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy working there and helping you. It's always such a positive experience coming in. This is our go-to place for gifts. I've found gifts for friends, parents, partners and coworkers over the years. They always have such a unique selection and variety of items - I always leave with either earrings, artwork, a new book or candle. It's not the cheapest, especially when it comes to clothing, but I've found some great clothes in their sale rack. But the items I've bought myself from Therapy are still some of my most prized possessions. Can't wait til the next time I pop in (which will be soon).

I came here in late November 2020 on a weekend night. They do a good job of making sure they are adhering to COVID practices, and have a sign that limits the number of customers inside to 5-6 max. It does get a bit confusing though because the employees don't come out to tell you to go in. Regardless...service here is extremely friendly! I was coming here to shop for some local goods, and sadly the options were a bit more limited than I had imagined. Mostly the soaps/candles/cards are local, and everything else they carry is bougie brands. Pro tip: if you are an employee at Pure Storage (not public storage), you get 10% off (or was it 15%?) your entire purchase!

I was walking around Castro St and randomly came across Therapy Stores. I meant for my stop to be a quick trip, but I ended up spending a long time browsing around because of all the fun novelties. You know how Urban Outfitters have a books/home decor section of their stores? Therapy Stores is exactly like that except on steroids. This section is my favorite part of Urban Outfitters anyway, so naturally I fell in love with Therapy Stores. I found that the overall vibe and sense of humor of the place made it a Millennial/Gen Z dream store. However, I'm not saying that the store isn't for everyone. it totally has something of interest for people of any age. The store carries crystals, plants, clothing, jewelry, books, journals, unique cards, candles, local artist crafts, etc. I found things my parents would get a kick out of, and there were items for babies and kids. So If you're looking for a unique gift for that non-basic, special somebody, check out Therapy Stores. I know I will be going to Therapy Stores for novelty gifts in the future!

Felt clean and safe during the pandemic. Tons of great gift items. My go-to spot for gift buying and even get myself a gift too sometimes

Does this place accept good condition used clothing items in exchange for cash or store credit? What limitations do they have in what they accept?

They only sell new product. If you're looking for a place that sells gently used nicer end clothes, you should try Crossroads Trading Company in San Jose. Good luck!

But it was invisible to me. Until today, anyway. I am so happy I finally found it. Because Gourmet Works is much more than a store that sells candy and chocolate. In fact, as the name would suggest, it's more of a Gourmet food store and Gift Shop than a Chocolate Shop. But it's also a hella cool chocolate shop and that's the main reason I will be sure to return. Right when you walk in the door you are surrounded by an astonishingly large variety of items that would make the perfect gift for a loved one, or for yourself. Because, I ain't gonna lie, there were at least a dozen items that I considered buying for myself. I thought to myself, you know, I do so much for me, and it seems I rarely properly thank myself for my devoted patronage and self care. If you are interested in high quality gourmet gifts, Gourmet Works is definitely the place to go! They carry so many products you would be hard pressed to find elsewhere. Gourmet Salts, Dried Herbs, Pasta Sauces, Dried Pasta, Curry Sauces, Masala Simmer Sauce, Special Preserves and Jams. An impressive, well-curated selection. Then, at the back of the store you find the kind of Chocolate display case that dreams are made of. Oh my Lord! Just the Truffle side alone would be enough to melt anyone's heart. But the other side, with the astonishing variety of hand dipped chocolates is where I lost it. I saw the Almond Bark and stopped dead in my tracks. I stared at that Almond Bark. The Almond Bark stared back at me. We were locked into that stare down for what seemed like an eternity. I was sure neither of us would ever give in. But then I blinked. Somehow I became aware that the wonderful woman behind the counter was asking me if she could help me. As I regained my senses, suddenly I felt so embarrassed. How long had I been staring at that Almond Bark? How many times had she tried to get my attention? I had no idea. I tried to play it off like there was nothing going on between me and that Almond Bark. I casually inquired about some Chocolate Covered Caramels with Sea Salt on a totally different shelf in the display case. Then, of course, I had to buy a couple of those Chocolate Covered Carmels with Sea Salt, to cover up the whole situation with me and the Almond Bark. I purchased a couple ordinary, un-chocolate covered Caramels with Sea Salt too. The woman behind the counter couldn't have been more gracious. She didn't let on that she knew exactly what was happening and I wasn't fooling anyone with the whole Chocolate Covered Caramels with Sea Salt charade. So, my thanks to Gourmet Works, and the gracious woman behind the counter, Padmaja (her family owns Gourmet Works). It was such a pleasure to shop at your wonderful store! Mikey C says: I'm coming back for you, Almond Bark!
