Filipinos love the classic chorizo, our classic take on sausage. They serve a variety of Longganisa from Batotai (Beef), Cabanatuan, Lucban, Ilocano, Tugegarao for P148-P158. Other breakfast plates are also available served with a heart-shaped rice and two eggs. Tried the Ilocano Longganisa. It is toasted and has that strong garlicky flavors savoured with spiced vinegar. It appears to be dry compared to the native longganisa recipes. It is close to the usual processed longganisa we buy from the supermarket.
Ordered the Sunday's Best salad of mixed vegetables tossed with sesame dressing. Ingredients are fresh but the salad dressing is upsetting. The omelette with toast is an ordinary scrambled egg. To put it bluntly, there is nothing special with the food. read more
