Another great perk is the convenient scheduling system where you can schedule your workouts on the BCT app and even cancel if something comes up. Training with Merrit at Beach Cities for only four short months has yielded me RESULTS! I lost 6.2% body fat while maintaining my weight. I went from having 24.9% down to just 18.7% body fat! Since Sandbox opened in October, I've been coming religiously, getting in great shape, and have met some amazing people. The place is always clean, weights are always put away, clientele is always for the most part working out, not carrying on with conversations or taking or making their own video production of their workout because they're an influencer, which don't give me wrong they are still here, but they're far a few between the other gyms. They offer ready-made meals, every kind of protein drink that you can come up with along with waters a place to sit and rest so you really can't go wrong with this gym. The staff if sooooo friendly and they have all different tiers for membership including single drop in rates, class packages, and unlimited (around $220).
