They hit another home run when Isaiah and Monty were assigned to a plumbing issue at my house. It was a hectic week to start, topped off with a backed up toilet that started to overflow. After I turned off the toilet and used a plunger and some elbow grease to fight back the overflow, I knew I needed a professional opinion. Turns out, Jazz not only fixed a huge backup of sewage, fixing the immediate issue; they did it with such professionalism that I was really impressed. Monty and Isaiah were a great team. Special shout out to their non-pushy approach. I really appreciated the speed, efficiency, professionalism and honesty that these associates demonstrated. The folks on the phone, such as Mario and Adrian/AJ, are also fantastic and really made the process easy end-to-end. Well done, Jazz. That was excellent overall value and the highest-quality service I could ever ask for.

Given that I didn't have to wait days for an appointment, I agreed to the price, which was initially high compared to others. That being said, it ultimately became roughly the same, if not a little cheaper, than other places that charged by the hour or quarter hour, as the job was a little more complex than initially thought. The guy spent almost 2.5 hours here to change out two bibs (again, way more complex than he probably thought), and he did a wonderful job. My problems were addressed same day, same visit. If I chose other plumbers, I would have waited days before my items were addressed. I've used Jazz before with my older AC unit, and they will always have a spot in my contact list if I need help with my HVAC or plumbing.

My HVAC system stopped working properly…read moreafter another company had spent about two hours diagnosing it and quoted me more than $3,000 for a new control board, contactor, transformer, surge protector, and maintenance plan. Henry arrived, clearly explained each step of his diagnostic process, and quickly identified that the transformer and contactor were the actual issues. He completed the repair in about an hour and charged me $540 total, saving me roughly $2,500 compared with the previous quote. What impressed me most was Henry's honesty, expertise, and transparency. He did not try to upsell me or replace parts that were not needed. He took the time to explain what had failed, why the system was not powering on, and what he was doing to fix it. It is rare to find an HVAC company that combines strong technical knowledge with fair pricing and integrity. I would absolutely recommend ThermaTech to anyone looking for an honest and skilled HVAC professional.

We had no idea when it was last serviced or if it had ever been serviced at all. Henry gave us a very fair and competitive price for a tune up. Upon Henry's arrival, he was friendly and professional. He opened the furnace and showed us the burner. He explained it was in great condition considering the age of the unit and it didn't need servicing; although, he did clean up around a few areas around the burner. The blower motor was slightly wobbly, and once again, he explained it was still in good shape considering its age. He proceeded to the back patio where the condenser was located. He noted the unit was very old and that particular Freon is no longer available for servicing; however, he stated the unit did not need to be replaced just yet as long as it's blowing cold. Henry indicated despite our units being way past their anticipated life expectancy, they were clean and blowing hot & cold just fine. Therefore, no servicing was recommended and he did not charge us anything. We are impressed not only by Henry's friendliness and professionalism, but also by his transparency and integrity. Many other companies would have hopped on the opportunity to upsell the service or even sway us to replace our system right away, but Henry gave us peace of mind to give us time and to save up for an inevitable replacement in the future with Therma Tech. Thank you so much, Henry! We will definitely contact you again in the future and recommend you to all our family, friends and coworkers.

After signing the estimate, the Voltyx team behind the scenes were also on top of the communication with us to coordinate the permit / inspection time as well as PG&E disconnect / meter release time to minimize the span of our power outage as much as possible. With the 400A main panel being significantly larger than the previous one, the job also involved moving the solar combiner and disconnect. This was done cleanly, and Vladimir did an excellent job patching the stucco as well as the drywall around the new sub panel! In the end, we are happy with the quality of work and efficient execution by the Voltyx team.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was nothing like the positive reviews I had read…read more From the beginning, I had to wait a very long time just to receive an invoice. When I finally got it, the price was much higher than I expected. At the time, I thought maybe I was paying a premium for better quality, professional work, and good customer service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. After some time, my system stopped working and the issue turned out to be the compressor. That's when the real frustration started. The company took a very long time to resolve the problem. They were unable to promptly replace the system under warranty or even replace the failed compressor in a reasonable amount of time. Eventually, I got tired of waiting and contacted another company. They responded quickly, diagnosed the situation, and took care of everything within ONE WEEK. Based on my experience, it seems like this company does not have enough expertise with some of the services and equipment they offer. What disappointed me the most was the lack of support when something actually went wrong and warranty service was needed. I would not recommend this company if you don't want to spend your time and energy chasing them just to get a problem resolved. For the amount of money I paid, I expected a completely different level of service, professionalism, and support. UPDATE -- RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: Guys, are you serious? You replaced my entire HVAC system and provided me with a warranty. The system failed before the warranty period even expired, and now you're simply refusing to take responsibility because you supposedly "no longer provide HVAC services." Yet HVAC is still listed in your business name here on Yelp. How does saying that you no longer provide HVAC services cancel the warranty you already gave me? The fact that you decided to stop offering HVAC services does not change the fact that your company installed my system, provided a warranty, and the equipment failed while still under warranty. I paid your company for the installation and expected you to stand behind your work. Simply saying that you no longer do HVAC and walking away from an existing warranty obligation is completely unacceptable.

Fuse came in significantly lower priced than everyone for a superior system. We wanted to add an additional vent on the main floor, and some dampers for a few of the vents and everything went like butter. Lex and Maxat were the nicest people, arrived on time, left at 6pm each day leaving the house clean. It was a 3 day install and they finished on the third day. Beyond what they needed to do, Lex walked through things that would be checked by the inspectors even on work they didn't do (GFCI plugs close to where the old unit was), and walked me through why they did some of the things they did because I was curious. We're 3 days in so far, but the installation experience was great, and the daikin system is cooling the house great (and I can already see from the energy monitoring systems we have, it's so much more efficient!).

This included removal of the old units and ductwork, new ducting throughout, a two-zone ducted heat pump system with two new air handlers, an outdoor heat pump, and a ceiling-mounted cassette unit for our primary suite (a room that gets a lot of direct sun and had always been tough to keep cool with the old system). Teodor, our project manager, did a great job assessing our home and specifying the system. The installation crew, Azamat and Val, did excellent, careful work removing the old system, running new ductwork, and installing all the new equipment. The install took about 7 days. Communication was great throughout; scheduling, installation, and permitting all went smoothly.
