I contacted AIS on Yelp and their automated service made scheduling an appointment easy. After I booked my appointment I received a text and email confirmation. The next day I received a call to confirm my appointment and problem I was having. A repair technician came by in the scheduled appointment window. Jair was my technician and did a great job. When he entered my home he wore shoe covers and was respectful of my home. We discussed the issue I was having with my AC unit. He quickly took a look at my unit and was able to diagnose the issue. He thoroughly explained why it wasn't working and provided me 3 options to consider for repair. He was not pushy to make a sale and answered all the questions I had. I eventually selected which option for repairs and he quickly was able to repair the issue. He tested the unit and everything seemed to work properly. I haven't used my AC unit yet but anticipate it will work when I need it. Jair did a great job and I will use AIS in the future! read more

They came gave a great and thorough Diagnosis. Turns out that the my AC fan motor was bad. They asked if it was still under warranty and offered to either replace it themselves or go with the manufacturer's warranty which i did and it saved me alot of money, even though it meant they wouldn't get the job. Service done was what was agreed to before, tech was awesome, I even added some things that made sense given the age of my AC system. I've been using AIS for the past five years and they have never disappointed me. They send text and email reminders for the appointment, then will send a text when the technician is on their way. They're very reliable and I feel I can trust them. Recently I had my AC serviced and Pete the technician was very kind and knowledgeable. He noticed a very small leak and was conscientious about making sure it got fixed properly and under warranty. The repair was finished in the amount of time that was promised and again Pete showed up on time and we had a heads up as to when he was coming. AIS came out to my home yesterday to do a maintenance on my A/C. The technician Brenham Purves was incredibly professional to deal with. Brenham was very patient in explaining a couple of potential issues he found with my system and proposed solutions including quotes. However, he did not put any pressure on me to get the fix done immediately. I appreciated the time he took to explain things. Communication is super important to me and AIS is all over it with the text messaging to remind you and confirm your service and also when your tech is on their way. 5 stars! Originally, I was hesitant to start the process of changing to an electric heat pump. It seemed so technical and expensive. I interviewed and met with four different companies. AIS impressed me from the beginning, starting with Genell who patiently answers my many questions and helps with the rebate process, Art with his incredible detailed technical knowledge explained in a way that I could understand without feeling like an idiot :), to Fausto and Abel who did a meticulous install, taking time to do it neatly and correctly, then finishing with Leon Rivera who did the quality inspection carefully and patiently answered my questions on how best to keep the system running. Pete came by to perform my preventative maintenance on my two furnaces and he did an amazing job. Thankfully we signed the service contract with AIS this spring and they were right on time sending Pete to perform the work, before the winter chill really kicks in. I am glad he was able to catch a problem with the upstairs furnace (the one AIS installed 7 years ago!) and he fixed it right away saving a potential mess with water leaking through the ceiling. Enlisted AIS to upgrade our old asbestos wrapped HVAC ducts and our return to improve airflow and noise level. Our consultation was with Art, who was very accommodating, amiable and informative on the strategy for heating and cooling our home. We were impressed with his knowledge of airflow and how to design a proper system for the size of our house. We did not feel pressured at all but felt we could completely trust Art and decided to hire AIS to install our new system. AIS was able to schedule us quickly and their prices were very reasonable. The installation team was punctual, efficient, friendly and made sure to explain everything so we were comfortable with what they were doing. We couldn't be happier with the results, as each room in our house now receives plenty of air and the system barely produces any sound.
