Wonderful experience! My dad's refrigerator broke a day before Memorial Day weekend and I was in a…read morepanic trying to find a business that could replace it quickly. Most that I called, were not very nice on the phone & they said he would have to wait almost a week to get a new one since they were booked & busy. I called CT&A and spoke to Mike who was very friendly & helpful. He told me if we placed the order by noon, he could assure delivery by Saturday (only two days). I had him call my dad to go over specifics and he told him to expect a call on Saturday to notify him of the time of arrival. I was worried due to traffic & weather that they might be delayed, but Michael & Standre came over to my Dad's house at 10:30 am and replaced the refrigerator with a brand new one. It fit perfectly in the space and they kindly helped my dad remove its contents and put trash in the garage. They also had to remove a door to fit it into the kitchen but put it back even better than before as it used to be a little loose on the hinges. They could not have been kinder and more sensitive to my dad. I am really impressed with the sales team (Mike) , the delivery experience (Michael & Standre) & the overall level of service & reliability. I can't recommend them enough & will always use County TV for our appliance replacement!

I wish I had read these reviews before allowing Associated Appliances into my home. My refrigerator…read morewasn't making ice, and Frigidaire sent this company to fix it--but they clearly had no idea what they were doing. Over the course of two months, they sent three different technicians for a total of four visits. Not one of them could diagnose the problem. They even asked me to have a plumber check the water pressure, which I did. The plumber informed me that the water pressure was normal and good enough for the refrigerator to make ice. Associated appliances kept insisting it was still a water pressure issue (as if they were experts in plumbing). In the end, they simply left the problem unresolved, David (owner) was very rude, basically hunging up the phone on me wishing me good luck. I then had to contact Frigidaire again to request a different service company. The irony? The new company identified and fixed the problem right away in only one visit. Don't waste your money or time using Associated Appliances.

Our ice-maker line broke off from our 7-year old refrigerator. I called, explained, provided model/serial number and they were quick to ask for a credit card to "hold" for a house call. No problem. I explained that if the repair TOTAL would be over $400 to not bother with ordering/charging beyond the diagnostic/house call because we'd just get a new fridge. Whoever I spoke to assured me that based on my description and the make/model/serial number of the refrigerator, the total would be in the ballpark of $350-$400 (including house call). Upon arrival for the house call, they ASSESSED our fridge and found that it needed a new ice line. When our bill was presented, it was over $700. My husband wasn't aware of what the sales man and I had discussed, so he allowed ASSOCIATED APPLIANCE to proceed. Here's the bummer: because they did not honor the request that I had- to not fix if over $500, the fridge (as I expected) completely died within 2 1/2 months. ASSOCIATED COULD HAVE HAD A SALE ON A NEW FRIDGE! But i had called and expressed my unhappiness over the price and his lack of adhering to my request and he yelled at me, so I hung up and vowed I'd never purchase from ASSOCIATED. So when the fridge died a few months later, I had a great experience with Lowe's and purchased a fridge AND a dishwasher from them. My money could have gone to ASSOCIATED but his eagerness to turn quick buck lost him a little more money and earned him a terrible review!
