Wasn't a hit for us. Close to home do we were excited. Rolling Crab rolls - not heated up at all. Slight chill to the middle. Might have been good hot. Pot stickers - totally fine Spring rolls - ok Crispy garlic chicken - odd breading, heavy fish sauce when we expected garlic. Was ok. Pad Thai - very light sauce, was fine Mussaman curry - which is my go to dish - was ok flavor wise. Did not like the 1/4 chicken on the bone. Aside being used to chicken pieces in this dish, it was super fatty. My teen flat out disliked. Not for us. Have a feeling I'll be making a 2nd dinner for the kid. They picked at it. I came to the Sellwood Corner Food Carts looking to go to a different cart, but when they were closed, I popped over to Pinto Thai Kitchen. What a lovely unexpected meal! Friendly service, a quick cook time, and a delicious result. I got the green curry and the pad see ew. I requested it spicy and, boy, did they deliver! If you are sensitive to spice, consider downgrading a level or two. Many folks were ordering just their Thai iced tea which makes me think it's good and I wish I had tried it too. I've been to this great food pod many times but this was my first time going to Thida's. The pod has 7 food trucks, covered seating and all are well maintained. I ordered online which was convenient and easy to navigate. I arrived and the food was ready on time. The woman who assisted me was friendly and helpful. We got our food and headed home. We ordered the Potstickers, Spring Rolls, Pad See Ew with beef, Pad Khing with shrimp, Pineapple Fried Rice with chicken, House Curry with chicken and the Crispy garlic chicken. The potstickers were good but the spring rolls were great. They had a great crisp to them and wonderful flavor. The noodles in the pad see ew were spot on and beef was good. The pad khing had ample veggies and shrimp, very good. The pineapple fried rice was really tasty and no skimping on veggies, pineapple and chicken. The house curry was amazing! Great taste but not a lot of veg or chicken. The crispy garlic chicken was also amazing! The outside was SO crispy and the chicken perfectly juicy. The food was all very good and equal (or better in some cases) to all of the brick and mortar Thai restaurants in the area. We'll be back read more

Wonderful thai food cart in the area! Menu is pretty expansive across apps, noodles, soups, rices, and curries. Portion sizes were a good size for the price point. Really enjoyed the pad see ew and thai fried rice. The pad see ew noodles were flavored well and the thai fried rice had a nice kick with the peppers. We were in the Sellwood neighborhood and came across this Thai food cart: Thida Thai Kitchen. As big fans of Thai food, we decided to order some of their cuisine for dinner. The lovely lady behind the counter window was very friendly and she efficiently took our order. We ordered quite a bit ( 6 dishes, to be exact ). It was a feast. The house chicken curry has a nice punch over the white rice. The pad kra pow ( I hope I spell it correctly ) and the pad cashews are flavorful and spicy. Pad Thai has the right texture and delicious. The Tom Yam soup is tangy, sour, sweet, and spicy.... full of favors. My personal favorite is the crispy basil chicken, crunchy, sweet, and so tasty! We enjoyed our meal with red and white wine at home. It was heavenly! We will definitely be back to try more of their other dishes. read more

Delicious Thai food that is prepared quickly and with kind service. It's the perfect to go Thai food that I've food in the Sellwood area.

First time eating here, ordered pad see ew, pork egg rolls, and pot stickers to go. Food was prepared quickly, portions were good (not huge but definitely plenty), I tend order "medium" spice level while eating out, I like spicy food but I would say medium spice here is comparable to other places four/five star spice or spicy. I really enjoyed it and it was great for clearing out the sinuses, but if spicy isn't your thing I would say get mild as your option. I'm a fan and will for sure be back. read more

Fantastic and super friendly service. My wife and I ordered pad Thai and pad kee mow. The pad Thai was very good and the pad kee mow was good but their interpretation of a mild level of spice was closer to a scorched earth protocol with extreme spice. That being said, obviously the level of spice is super subjective and different with every person and this was just well beyond my comfort zone for spice (which isn't epic but certainly not amateur). That being said, I would totally order the pad Thai and Id even attempt the pad kee mow again but ask for no spice or very mild. If you're someone who enjoys a locally owned and operated food cart then I would totally recommend this place, and if you're more adventurous in the spice department ask for some heat and they will deliver. read more

Best food in Sellwood?! I'd say so. The flavors, the consistency, the friendly service! I've eaten my way through the majority of the menu and it's all top tier. Not your average pad Thai! The addition of bok choy and green beans to the usually vegetable mix was so good! The sauce was delicious and applied generously which helped it avoid becoming a X-ray clump of bland noodles that many other Thai restaurants seem to serve. I'll be coming back regularly. read more
