They have the worst customer service they misspell a gift and on top of that I had the manager Jonny was the worst . He made me wait longer plus when I ask to speak to him he was rude by saying we have been waiting for things all our life. Which I thought it was the worst.Rude in all aspects of customer service.

I was at Things Remembered at the Cerritos Mall and the manager Sue was so helpful and kind made my visit there very pleasant.

Visited Los Cerritos Center for the first time recently with my brother while we were in the area…read moreand decided to explore what the mall had to offer. First off, this place is HUGE. And the parking lot? Even bigger. My only downside personally (as someone who relies on public transportation and walking) was getting in and out. Google Maps had me on some very questionable routes, so we ended up navigating through the massive parking lot on foot, trying to find an entrance. Leaving was a bit of an adventure too since there weren't many sidewalks, so we were basically speed-walking and dodging cars on the way out! That aside, the mall itself is impressive. Tons of great stores and plenty to check out. Our visit was a bit brief since we mainly came to grab food and were already tired from an earlier adventure, but we still had a great time overall. The food court stood out to me--it's spacious and I loved that they have kid-sized tables, which is such a cute and thoughtful touch. Also, they have my favorite: Auntie Anne's, which is basically a must for any solid mall trip. Overall, this feels like a great spot for a casual mall date or just a day of shopping and snacking. I'd definitely come back to explore more (and hopefully figure out a better route next time).

Fun to browse here. They do have cool and unusual gifts. If you've always wanted a plushie Jesus, look no further. I would only consider buying bargain greeting cards here or their really cute Jellycat dupes.

It was the same person who rang us up minutes prior. We didn't even take it out of the box... just literally felt it inside the box and realized it's not what he wanted. I mean, I would probably understand if that was shown anywhere in the store or even on the receipt... but nope. See picture for return policy on the receipt. (Item is not food, sale, or seasonal) Clearly don't stand behind the quality of the product and don't care about customer satisfaction. Disappointed in such a reputable named store.

Cute little shop full of Americana, home decor, & so many novelty items!…read more It's like stepping back in time. This is the kind of shop I visited while in the Midwest! I could spend hours here! There's so much to see! This shop is located at The Arbor, a neighbor of Shenandoah At The Arbor, a wonderful restaurant! Except for the sign out front, you'd think this was a residence rather than a store! Inside is chock-full of many things! Be careful walking around so you don't tip anything over! Some of the things that caught my eye were the teacups, vintage toys, & fun trinkets. They also sell garden signs, clothing, and cards! When we visited this past Sunday, they were having an Open House. They were offering hot dogs, nachos, sweet treats, and lemonade. Super welcoming and generous of them! I hope to shop longer next time I'm in the area! ~~~~~~~~~~~ *I noticed that the business name for the Yelp Page did not match the name of the store, so I asked Yelp to make the correction and they did! There is no "C" in Stik. I'm surprised nobody edited it in 14 years!

Dainty Disco is such a cute and unique craft studio in Long Beach, especially for decoden glue…read morecrafts! There aren't many places like this in the area, so it's a fun and creative spot to check out. I found them on Instagram and decided to go with some friends. I've been to two craft studios that are similar, so my review is based on experiences from other places. The booking process was super easy--you reserve online with a $10 nonrefundable deposit, which goes toward the final cost of your craft. When we went at 3 PM on a Friday, we were the only group there, so we had the whole space to ourselves. Free street parking was available right in front of the store, which was a plus! Just a heads-up, it's located in an older part of Long Beach, so keep that in mind. The studio itself is absolutely adorable - very girly and charming. It's a smaller space but seems like it could accommodate a few larger groups at a time, so if you're planning to go with a big party, I'd recommend inquiring ahead of time. One thing I really appreciated is that there's no per-person studio fee. The craft prices ranged from around $15-$45, which is similar to other craft studios I've been to. You can decorate a variety of items like jewelry boxes, mirrors, photo frames, claw clips, phone cases, and glass cups. There was a nice selection of beads, charms, glitter, and other craft supplies. Their website and Instagram list monthly specials, and this month's Hello Kitty and Sonny Angel-inspired phone buddies were adorable. The owner was incredibly sweet, and you can tell she puts a lot of love into her business. She originally started Dainty Disco as a gift shop, so there's still a small retail section with cute merchandise available for purchase. A couple of minor things could be improved. The lighting inside the studio wasn't the best--it was a cloudy day, which didn't help, but some additional overhead lighting would have been useful for crafting. Also, a few craft options were sold out; for example, they were out of the larger heart jewelry boxes and only had one smaller one left. I think a section on the website that lists the options for crafts with pictures would have been helpful in guiding customers ahead of time for their choices. Overall, we had a great time, and it was nice to support a small business! They also host monthly craft meet-ups, which I'd love to check out in the future. If you're looking for a fun and creative activity in Long Beach, I definitely recommend giving Dainty Disco a visit and I'm down to come back!
