Liz is a phenomenal instructor, but all of the instructors are so high energy and make sure you have correct form to stay safe while working out. It's pretty beginner friendly, and the instructors offer modifications during each workout so you never feel weird about maybe not being able to do the workout exactly like them. ESPECIALLY, during the first 20 min of the spin portion. I recorded my workouts on my apple watch for each section and booooiiii you basically burn about 400 calories total! I've been going hard in training to pass the Air Force ASOS / TACP physical requirements and this recovery method has made a huge difference for me. I'm PR'ing everything at the gym. I also track my light and deep sleep, and the stats from my deep sleep went from about 2.5 hours per night to about 6.5 after partaking in Fire & Ice. How does it work? You spend 3 min in the ice bath followed by approximately 15 min in the sauna. Repeat 3x and do one final ice bath dunk at the end.
