Third space is a very diverse coffee shop. They seem to have a mix of several different styles for coffee shops. It's a better place than most because of space and atmosphere. Their drinks are moderate but could be better. They excel in presentation but not necessarily in quality. As far as the space and aesthetics go this place is an easy 5/5. They have a ton of space and plenty of room on the busiest of times. They have private rooms for parties and events. They have a patio as well that makes the space really available for a lot of people. The ceilings are high which tend to make an echo but because of the black padding it definitely dampens that. The coffee bar itself is tucked away in a corner which helps provide more space. They have a lot of tables and chairs but also have couches and arm chairs for more intimate environment. They almost have too much space. The location of the shop is tucked away from the major roadway but still close enough so it's easy to get too. There isn't a lot of road noise or outside activity which makes it great to study or do office work. There are a lot of windows which could be distracting or creatively motivating? You'll have to decide. As far as drinks go, they have a pretty limited drink list. All the normal latte/coffee drinks aside from cold brew and nitro. They serve beer and baked goods. Their coffee drinks are very acidic and not very smooth. They pack a punch even in just a basic latte. If acidity is your thing then this is probably a good place for you but I would like to see more of rounded flavor and not just acidity. That's why I think their menu is closer to a 3/5. They have decent service as far as customer service goes. The traditional hipster baristas work here. They will bring your drink to your seat which is a nice touch. They have good customer service overall so I'd give them a 4/5 on that side. I definitely think they could do better and be a bit friendlier on the customer service side. Overall this is a pretty good place. They aren't at the 5/5 range but have the potential. If they find a more rounded flavor in their drinks and train their baristas to be friendlier then they could definitely be there. Definitely one of my favorite coffee shops as of the moment, I have to say their chai latte was one of the best ones I've had in a long time. I stopped by here one day after noticing the building when I was driving past it. The large size of the building is actually what first interested me. There is nothing I love more than a small cozy coffee shop, but when I want to get work done, I need space! This is exactly the thing that you can expect from Third Space Coffee. The space is extremely open which allows everyone to feel comfortable. There is an ample amount of seating throughout the room. I noticed that there is also a room that can be reserved. I'd imagine that this is incredibly useful for meetings or groups of people. I had a hot tea latte with almond milk. It was delicious! I'm normally a lavender latte lady, but I occasionally go through stages when I resist the urge of drinking caffeine. (Crazy, I know!) The baked goods also looked pretty tasty. Third Space is quickly becoming my favorite spot to enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book, and catch up on homework. The interior features an open floor layout and is surprisingly large with several windows and small tables in the middle of the room. The perimeter of the room looks like it has mini living rooms with a two seater couch and two one person seats arranged around a coffee table. Even when all the tables are full, I still feel like this place has a spacious, cozy, and relaxed vibe. The lattes and teas I've had have all been excellent, and the baristas are really nice. They even bring your drinks out to where you are sitting! I'll definitely be back soon. read more

We came in today for some food and coffee. It was very very busy so we waited in a bit of a line. My spouse and I ordered two medium sized iced lattes one with caramel flavoring and one with rose flavoring and two meals. I got the blueberry pesto panini and my spouse got the caprese flatbread. We waited for our coffees and they came out pretty quick, they tasted both the same. We truly couldn't tell who's was who, which was disappointing since I looked forward to tasting the caramel. Then, we did wait for a really long time for our food. Understandable since they were busy. The blueberry pesto panini was so disappointing!! No taste of blueberry and the spinach in the sandwich tasted like chemicals!! I was so sad. The caprese flatbread was okay. We also ordered a cheese danish to go, and we received a frozen danish on a plate. All of this was around $52. Definitely not worth it at all! I would stick to the flatbread and maybe try a different flavor. Service isn't that great either, the girls up front are nice but other than that, not that great of a place :( we were very disappointed since it looked so good. read more

Last Saturday it was our second time at Third Space. The first time we had a bad experience with their breakfast food so we avoided that this time and had coffee and pastries. The coffee was good, I enjoyed my flat white and my wife's white mocha was tasty. The espresso is on the fruity side but I liked it. The pastries were not good at all. My blue berry muffin was dry and soggy at the bottom. The blue berries had all collected at the bottom and that left for a very dry tasteless muffin. The scone was dry as well. The pastries were wrapped in plastic but they weren't discounted as far as I know. So I'll pop in for the delicious coffee and stay away from their food. read more

We were greeted when we walked through the door, and the guys behind the counter were so sweet and friendly. The cashier was extremely friendly and cutest thing. I loved seeing that the guys knew the locals by name. I ordered a Lavender Soy Latte, and my fiancé had a basic latte. Delicious! Third Space Coffee is so good. We ordered one egg sandwich to-go, which was nearly gone by the time we got to the car. Yumm! The prices here are decent and cheaper than your typical Starbucks. Coffee and tea are okay. Spacious. Good/enjoyable music--a little too loud. Good place to be around people without having to be with people. Good place to be productive if you can block out the super loud music. Dining area is clean and has a table with access to outlets. There is a good variety of types of seats I if you don't want a standard table and chairs. The sofa provides size inclusive seating if you are not comfortable being in a tiny chair or stool. Staff is functional but not as helpful. Didn't seem to know the menu when asked for recommendations for options. Bathrooms are sort of clean. Wifi is really inconsistent and will not allow more than one device to connect. I don't know if they are denying access for some or if the signal is overloaded so not connecting for everyone. I wish they had a better system for when orders are ready besides screaming across the already loud dining area. read more

Americanos are my go to. And this one did not disappoint. The espresso was ever so smooth with a nice back of your throat medium nutty flavor. I've only been here a few times and every time has been pleasant. Customer service has definitely changed over the past 10 years so now when I go into a place I am not surprised that I'm underwhelmed by the attentiveness of staff. So stoked this is near my neighborhood! I've only been once but the first impression was most excellent. This coffee shop is quite large. They have a room you can reserve for meetings/parties. Third Space also hosts concerts, the evening we were there they had a singer-songwriter event that was pretty rad. This is my favorite coffee shop in the springs! The ambiance is great for working on homework or meeting with people. I love all the different flavor combinations for lattes. My friends and I also tried the flights- we had one of the seasonal garden flights and a custom flight. It's not very clear on the menu, but you can pick any 2 espresso and 2 non-espresso drinks to try in either a hot or iced flight. We were a little confused but it was a really fun way to share drinks and try some of the flavors. We loved the blueberry matcha! The breakfast flatbread was also delicious! read more

This is the best coffee spot in Colorado Springs for a couple reasons: 1. They have amazing coffee drinks. They take a lot of pride in their quality and preparation. I love their pour overs and they source from some really great roasters. 2. The space is awesome. I love working there and hanging out. It's a big area, I always find an outlet to plug into and it's warm and inviting. I highly recommend going to work or hang out with friends. 3. The staff is really friendly. Was super excited walking in because I loved the atmosphere and indoor/outdoor feel. However, we were ignored at the counter for 5+ minutes with no one else in line when they cleaned and chatted with a customer. Then after we ordered we sat down to study and one of the employees was visiting with someone at a table and screaming back and forth to the other employees behind the counter. Disappointing since this place was listed at good for working. The final breaking point was the mini donuts. If you could call them that. They were all different sizes and some were burnt and crispy while others were doughy and raw inside. And yes some of those small burnt blobs counted as one of the dozen. I was in town visiting family, but will definitely not be back. Overall a very disappointing experience but will give 2 stars because the coffee was tasty. read more

Very cute coffee place in the Springs! I never realized it was located here until a friend suggested we meet up for coffee before an appointment. It is huge inside! And very nicely decorated. There's lots of space, tables, chairs, couches... loved the vibe. The prices are decent. I had a Carmel mocha latte and it was yummy. I'm not a huge coffee drinker (hate normal coffee) so the lattes are my thing. I also tried my friends chai tea drink and it was good too! We will be back! read more
