So why 4 stars instead of less? The mushroom toast appetizer was fantastic. I shouid have stopped there and would have been happy. The ceasar dressing and large crouton were good, even if the shaved parm was a bust. Once the steak was served to me medium as I'd ordered it, it was delicious and the fries were crispy and went well with the steak. I enjoyed the glass of wine I ordered. It looked like she was the only server today covering the entire seating area (other than the bar) and she remembered all of my group's drinks and somehow showed up whenever we needed attention. Efforts way beyond expectations. In fact, this is one of the main reasons I am giving this venue a 5 star review. Our food was good too (see photo). I just wish they had more variety of beer. It doesn't even have to be on tap but even can/bottle options. Their liquor selection is excellent (especially bourbon!) and it seemed like they offer decent wines too. I don't know much about wine though. As far as I know, you do not need to be a member of Bellevue Club to dine here. No one from my party today was (but I was here for an event and I invited my friends over for happy hour afterwards). The prices are great during happy hour and even non-happy hour prices aren't expensive in my humble opinion - especially given the location. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

I don't know what they're doing back there but it was absolutely perfect. My husband's cocktail (name forgotten, quality not) was equally excellent. We were well taken care of. The food? I ordered the breakfast special -- tater tots loaded with jalapeños and pulled pork -- and honestly it was so good that was. My husband's sandwich got the same rave review from across the table. No notes. Our waitress was an absolute gem. Funny, easy to chat with, and somehow kept great energy despite how busy it was. She absolutely made the experience.
