I usually don't write bad reviews online but I feel that the existing reviews for this salon are way too overrated and do not match my personal experience. After carefully researching the salon and reading through all the reviews, I booked my appointment well in advance for treatment and consultation with a lead stylist, as I prefer someone experienced and skilled for my long hair. 2 hours before the appointment I was notified that my stylist had changed. Since I have never been to this salon before and also did not want to lose my appointment, I thought I'd give it a try anyway. 1 hour into the treatment, I somehow got convinced to get a hair trim in order to remove my unwanted layers. I explained to the stylist in great detail my idea of a not looking like I just got back from the hairdresser and although I reminded her multiple times to not take off any length or add additional layers I ended up with short hair and layers! Although the stylist was really friendly and even apologized in the end, I seriously doubt whether she even listened to any of my requests. When I came back the next day to ask for a quick fix in order to adjust the front lengths, I was asked to make another appointment instead. After being asked multiple times what happened to my hair, I ended up fixing it myself at home. Honestly, I never had such a bad salon experience in my entire life and even a few weeks later I feel really uncomfortable with this cut to the point that I am considering extensions now. read more

Had my hair cut here by a guy, who obviously didn't know what he was doing... The atmosphere was ok... Until I got crammed in the corner station... I asked for a simple cut, and my main request was to thin it out... I had to request twice that he take more of the bulk out, and by the end, there was still hardly any hair on the ground. I was leaving on vacation that afternoon, and spent the whole trip having to keep my hair braided, because it was so uneven! I was really disappointed with the cut and style, or lack thereof!
