I've been going here for about 5 years and have never had anything but positive experiences. The…read morefront desk is always very pleasant, I'm taken back immediately for cleanings, the hygienists and dentist (Dr. Amrute) are great! As an example - I chipped a tooth awhile ago and I was able to get an emergency appointment within a few hours....on a Saturday! I was then able to get fitted for a cap the next week. My permanent cap fits great.

They were the worst!!! This was a couple of years ago. I'm of the older generation so I don't…read morethink to write reviews but all my friends and family said I should. I chipped my tooth at work. It had a veneer. This dentist at so called gentle dental (guess they have to cover up what they really do) without my knowing it (because he numbed my mouth) drilled all 4 front teeth down to nothing! He said he had to drill a little to put the veneers on. Then his female assistant said, with a big grin, do you want to look in the mirror? I said no. Then they told me to go into the bathroom to rinse my mouth. When I looked in the bathroom mirror I was horrified!!! My teeth were all drilled down to nothing!!! It was like I was in a horror movie with monsters. My teeth still bother me to this day! I should have sued them and my employer at the time who sent me! Then the same dentist said my back tooth had to be pulled, and as he was pulling it out, he leaned all his body weight down on my mouth yanking and yanking! I never in my life had a dentist ever do that! Then a few days later my teeth were hurting. Here he cracked the tooth next to the one he pulled!!! This dentist and his staff are a horror show!!! DON'T GO!!!!! Woukd give negative -5 stars if this would let me move further so had I to hit 1 star. Not even 1 star

BEWARE! Last year I was looking for a dentist in the area. Since this office was listed as 'in…read morenetwork' on my insurance company website, and was close by, I made an appointment for a cleaning and checkup. After arriving at the office I was asked to purchase dental insurance from the office. I took the paperwork to look it over, then went in for X-rays and cleaning. After finishing up, I was informed that I owed over $300. I said, but I have my own insurance. Was then told 'we don't accept any insurance'. First, no one indicated this to me either when I made my appointment OR when I arrived at the office. Second, as I stated, they were listed as an in-network dental office on my insurance company website. Now, I would think that a dental insurance that accepts 'no insurance' would state this on the phone, or certainly upon arrival for the appointment. Nope. The woman at the desk proceeded to BLAME ME for not telling her that I HAD insurance because if I had, 'none of this would have happened'. The woman at the desk - LISA - neglected to ask ME for my insurance when I arrived. In my opinion, any dental office that has a policy of accepting NO INSURANCE should make that crystal clear up front. Also, it was THEIR responsibility to remove their office name from my insurance website's list of in network offices. I did my due diligence and this office failed (miserably) to do theirs.. In the meantime, I found that this office has been accepting my sister's insurance for years, therefore the woman at the desk - LISA - lied. Like I said......BEWARE.
