They have no regards for the patients. After waiting 2 and a half hours, they still have not seen my wife. Dr. Sacked truly do not care.

I was referred to GEP by my optometrist for an opinion on something that didn't look quite right in…read moremy eye. I have now been twice to the Midtown location. Some quick notes: 1. Dr. Khator seems very competent. She is fast as heck (because of patient load - see below) but, I have to say, she listens, and she is very, very clear. Both visits, I felt as though I was in good hands. 2. Be prepared for a two-hour visit. Today it was more like 2 hours 45 minutes. Top tip: the assistants at the front suggested booking an afternoon appointment because in the morning the doc sees urgent (and sometimes complicated) post-operation patients. 3. I was also told that the Woodstock office may be less busy, but . . . it's Woodstock. Apologies if you live there, but that's a 40 minute drive through the Connector to me.

I was given an appointment in August of 2024 for a follow up visit in February 2025 at the…read moreNorthside office to see Dr.Sawheney. I was called on January 27th to cancel the appointment due to the the doctor not being in the office that day. I was rescheduled in May for another visit due to the doctor being booked up. I didn't cancel the appointment they did. I was the asked if I want to see another doctor; why should I? I have had three eye surgeries for glaucoma and was told by Dr. Sawheney that I should have follow up appointments for eye pressure checks . So I'm put off for three more months due to their scheduling. If they're not concerned I most certainly am. Cheryl Little

Let's be real, no one likes going to the eye doctor. But when you must go, Dr Jen is the one for…read morethe job. She is unbelievably thorough, personable, and honest. She spent the time to answer many of my detailed questions with in depth answers and examples. She has a way to translate such complicated science about the eye in an informative digestible way. I'm so grateful to have found her on Yelp many months ago! Special shout-out to Emily! As a first time client, she was inviting and frankly fun to talk to. Also she helped me pick out the coolest pair of new glasses. PS- Dr Jen mentioned my prescription had hardly changed, so I wouldn't need a new pair of glasses. What?!? I don't think I've ever had a doctor not sell me on something. You got appreciate the honesty.

As a patient of several years, it was disappointing to learn that Dr. Jennifer Badaracco has left,…read moreas I always appreciated her excellent bedside manner. My recent appointment with Dr. Lindsay Eisenberg was efficient; however, during the exam, the doctor used her fingers to demonstrate slanted eyes while discussing dry eye and made a comment about Botox in relation to this. This gesture and remark were racially insensitive and have no place in patient care, as comments and gestures of this nature affect whether patients feel safe seeking care. I have decided not to return. Overall, the clinic runs smoothly, and don't forget to request your updated prescription at checkout!

had a frustrating experience at MyEyeDr…read more. I require wider frames, and the in-store selection was extremely limited--only one higher-end brand option was available. As someone who needs larger sizing, it felt like there were very few accessible or affordable choices. I mentioned that the company offers more options online, but the employee I spoke with wasn't aware of that. When I asked for my PD (pupillary distance), I was told they could not provide it and that wherever I purchase glasses could measure it instead. Because I wasn't provided my PD, it also prevents me from purchasing glasses online--even through the same company. I had specifically mentioned interest in their online selection, so this felt limiting and counterproductive. Overall, the experience felt more focused on sales than customer convenience. Between the limited inclusive sizing options and refusal to provide basic measurements, I left feeling dissatisfied. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location.

I wasn't aware of which add-ons were added to my lens/prescription until I received the invoice. Overall just poor experience both visits. Was also ghosted after my first visit when I called to have my old lenses put back into the frame because the prescription was wrong (was told I could have the old lens put back in by them)
