The pumper, Anthony let us know that he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was very friendly and showed great costumer service skills. He was the most friendliest pumper I've ever meet! (not all pumpers are that enthusiastic) He was able to find the septic tank easily and let me watch him pump it out. He told me the step-by-step process of how he cleaned out the septic tank. He had so much knowledge about managing septic systems that ya'll should know. He did the job super well! He even made sure that the filter was cleaned and that ALL the sludge was all pumped out! I of course tipped him well. Would totally have this company and Anthony, come back again! And would recommend Anthony to be the one to pump out your septic tank! Each time, they charged me far less than I would have expected given the level of effort they put in to giving me some piece of mind back. My house is over 100 years old and the septic system isn't much newer, yet they have always been able to fix clogs and determine what the root cause was each time.
