Luckily I was home and went out there to ask them to stop digging the yard and they told me that my septic was damaged. The young man who I assume is one of the sons started screaming profanities at me and I asked them to leave. I had another company come out to figure out what the damage was and there was no damage. They try to scare you especially if you are a female so you pay them money to fix issues that are not broken. Very sketchy business and if you notice they are one of the few that do not have an actual website that you can review. Customers beware! There are lots of other local companies to choose from.

The pumper, Anthony let us know that he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was very friendly and showed great costumer service skills. He was the most friendliest pumper I've ever meet! (not all pumpers are that enthusiastic) He was able to find the septic tank easily and let me watch him pump it out. He told me the step-by-step process of how he cleaned out the septic tank. He had so much knowledge about managing septic systems that ya'll should know. He did the job super well! He even made sure that the filter was cleaned and that ALL the sludge was all pumped out!
