Thanku Dr. IKRAMULAH!! I will forever thankuu for been here for me ! Through years I tried so many meds nothing worked until this Dr prescribed me and till this days still with same meds. LOVE U DR. I had called 14 Doctors prior to her who no longer will fill out the paperwork. Her assistant said yes she does fill out the paperwork. 1 month and 30 days later her assistant leaves a message to confirm my sons "Conservatorship appoint" We get there an hour early to fill out the proper forms. We pay out money. We wait another hour. Then The Doctor, whose personality is that of an unsympathetic wet sponge says "I don't fill out those forms, your mistaken." No Doctor, you are mistaken. You need to train your staff!! I wasted 2 months of time waiting for you. I could have put that time to much better use for my sons conservatorship! Shame on you and you staff!

Really bad experience, the secretary from te beginning speaks nonsense , she don't help when asked…read moresomething, and today was our first appointment the Dr did not ask the reason why were seeking help, he didn't let me go inside didn't want to speak to me and just had my bother go in ( my brother is not mentally competent to express or communicate properly ) I take care of him and support his needs , I'm currently seeng help for him, again Dr wouldn't speak to me just said he would call me. He said That he had no time for me. This is not my first time seeing a phycologist because I'm a care giver in profesión so I've gone to other offices of other people I help with transportation to their apts and I provide support, therefore this was very unusual and unpleasant, note : my brother didn't want to go inside by himself ,

It was a very discouraging experience for him, and nearly deterred him from seeking help. Dr. Espinoza, himself, is not the problem. His secretary, who is the first line of interaction for patients, is the issue. She is rude, condescending, and repeatedly gives blatantly inaccurate information. --When we first reached out to the office, she talked over me repeatedly, insisting that our insurance had a deductible, because, "everyone has a deductible." I repeatedly explained to her that our insurance does not have a deductible. I was so put off by her argumentative and aggressive behavior that I started looking into other providers. But because Dr. Espinoza had good reviews, we decided to give this office a chance. -- She gave my husband an appointment for his first therapy appointment (Friday), which he was highly anticipating, but when he showed up, the office was closed. No courtesy call. No apology. He called the following business day to see what happened, and she claimed that she made the appointment for a completely different day the following week (Tuesday). But my husband wrote down the date and time immediately after that initial phone call, and there was no way to confuse a Friday for a Tuesday the following week. -- The day of his rescheduled appointment, my husband wanted to ensure the office was open prior to showing up again. So he called 3 times and received no answer. He drove there anyway, and within 1 minute of his last phone call, he walked in to the secretary having a private phone conversation, laughing, and talking about what she ate that day. He asked her why she didn't answer his multiple calls, and she replied that he should've left a message. Again, no apology. -- The session, itself, was fine with Dr. Espinoza --She then charged my husband double the copay because she insisted that this *therapy* visit fell under "specialty provider," (as in a cardiologist or nephrologist) - not under "mental health provider." --Lastly, when giving my husband his next appointment, she told him "Tuesday, June 6th." My husband corrected her and said, "June 6 is a Thursday," to which she responded, "that's what I said." This is exactly how the first appointment error was made. This was such an unnecessarily frustrating and disheartening experience for a man who is already feeling vulnerable taking the first step to seek therapy. This woman is not competent to manage any kind of office, much less an office that requires decency, compassion, and sensitivity, such as a therapist's.

He talks to me for over seven minutes and that's it. What type of person does that to a person who has mental illness and is dealing with a lot of things I've been repeating to this doctor. What care are you giving me? What side effects are these medication's gonna have on me but he keeps on brushing me off like I'm not mentally incapable of doing what I need to do for my type of care like I'm mentally retarded like he said to me "" like seriously dude. The main way I was able to communicate with my provider was through text. I was also able to reach the office by phone and e-mail. I always felt their service was polite, professional and courteous. The provider was Emiliano and he was great. I only used this office for 2 visits because I began getting large bills for the full amount of their services. Their billing company stated my insurance wouldn't cover them. I felt deceived because I was led to believe that my insurance would cover their services from the beginning. Once I realized my insurance didn't cover them I cancelled all further appointments to avoid any more unforeseen payments. I'm rating it low because I really wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else. Beware of this one if you want to go through your insurance. The low rating is because of the unforeseen bills that I incurred that should have been explained to me before the appointment.
