Norm (the owner) called me back within 5 minutes of me leaving a message on their machine. A quick call back is very rare, having a friendly person call you back is even more rare! Norm's employee, David came out today, he was also very nice and professional. He was friendly to my curious dogs too! Bergerons doesn't sell appliances, but David gave me a couple of really helpful tips for buying a new dishwasher.
