I am fairly certain that the staff here sold my ssn and information. The day after I purchased my travel trailer a fraudulent credit card was opened in my name. I can only speculate that this is where it happened because of the fact that I provided all of my personal information and then less than 24 hour time frame until my identity was stolen but I'll let you be the judge. I don't provide my information to just anyone. Other than that, I love my trailer. I strongly dislike their rude staff, and overall poor customer service. I waited a month after purchase for pickup and was provided no status updates or communication. I had to convince a shop boy to give me the owners cellphone number to get service. The owner assisted me and handled the situation. Which is the only reason, that I did not cancel the sale. The owner was overall extremely helpful once he discovered the issue with his staff. I would not recommend the Sacramento location or their service location. I give one star because that is the least I can give. read more

Worst place to purchase anything! They check nothing and make excuses when you take it in for service. Even if it below retail I would have paid more for a better dealership. I bought my trailer cash. They supposedly did a walk through and skipped the part where the black water tank won't empty. I took my trailer back to these idiots in the service department who looked under the trailer and fixes nothing. There is a crack down the middle of the grey and galley water tanks that they would have obviously seen (It was dripping water, so was the flange. I have been contacting the manager there for over 2 months and e-mailed him. Also when I bought the trailer I drove down to pay for it in cash on the agreed price but once I got there the needed $300 for the tires which were bad, and a brake line for another $150. We have been shopping around for a Toy Hauler from Turlock down to south Fresno from Gilroy to Clovis and by far these guys are the best. From the all included prices to the service department. They include everything in the price, no hidden charges like the other place up north tried to do and still beat them on price. They had it ready for us when they sad it would be. On our maiden voyage everything was perfect, 4 of us were more than comfortable in the trailer, A/C worked great and we couldn't be happier. When we closed up everything to head back the garage window popped off track and the tank wouldn't drain. Monday morning I called them up to tell them about the problem and they were more than happy to help me out, they were extremely busy but they worked me in to fix the drain and the window track. The purchase of the trailer was great. The salesman and the office staff were very helpful in accommodating us while we were there. Bottom price was given, money was paid, walkthrough was done, and a pick-up time and date were scheduled. So, as far as that goes, it was nice dealing with them. Now the bad part. We called prior to the pick-up time to let them know that we would be running an hour late, and it was no problem. When we got there, there was nobody to talk to in the building-everybody was either helping others or sitting in their offices and talking on the phone. When we did finally talk to a person, he said that he'll get somebody in service to get us. ten minutes later, our salesman talked to us at length and went to tell somebody to come over. Twenty minutes after that, he said that he'll go get them again. Then he walked back and said that he swore the person was right behind him. See where I am going with this? Finally, after 45 minutes of being there, a man came over and took us over there. Come to find out, the original man who was supposed to come and do the walk-through decided that a phone call was more important. Once we got tot the trailer, we were then passed off to another individual who did the walk-through with us. He was very nice and knowledgable, and neither of us had any complaints with him. Well, after walking through the trailer, we noticed that the majority of things that we asked to be repaired were not, and those things that were done were so like the person didn't care and thought that we wouldn't notice. The gentleman that was doing the walk-through asked to give him an hour and he would personally fix the items, which was fine, while our salesman was scrambling to do the things that should of been done before the appointment time and proceeded to blame the service department for not doing the repairs. Well, over three hours later, we were out of there with hardly a "here, let us show our heartfelt apologies and take care of you" in some way. I personally found it funny that the service manager was trying to sell a weight transfer hitch for a "good price" rather than giving us one for all of the cluster that they made. Of course, we got back home and found that the trailer was not cleaned prior to us taking it, and the biggest kicker is that they were willing to offer a warranty for seven years for only $1000-plus, but they never told us about the additional year warranty by the manufacturer for $150 that we were to send in within 10 business days. Come to think of it, they didn't even give us our MCO in person; however, they were great at sending it via e-mail when we needed it...after they were reminded once. Overall, we love the trailer, were satisfied with the purchasing process, and extremely disappointed with the delivery...but of course they already had our money, so why should they worry about us any more? read more

We bought a new 2017 toy hauler 5 months ago we have got to use it twice. Before we could use it the first time we had to wait 2 months for them to rewire our lights and fix the playpen in back. It sat in a field across the street for a month ... Finally after a lot of voice mail unanswered calls and run around we spoke to Jim the owner and he took care of our problems right away ... Now 2 months on our 2nd trip the bunk beds have a major issue ... And we are being told they can t help us with any warranty work at all ..... If you're looking for a rock bottom price, and don't expect above-average service - you're in the right place. We got a great deal and are VERY happy with our travel trailer. We had been looking for a travel trailer for a month or so and had pretty much settled on the model / layout of the trailer we wanted. That's when we stumbled across a great deal on rvt.com for a near-new looking used trailer. The only catch? It was about 200 miles away in Fresno. So we called Toy Hauler Liquidators to verify that it was still available and got in contact with Kirsten. She was responsive and helpful at all times. I asked about hitches / sway control systems and other "newbie" questions (this is our first RV). Kirsten got back to me quickly with photos of the actual equipment they use, and provided a prompt quote on the trailer. So far so good, so we (the whole family) decided to drive up there on the weekend to see it in person. Hours of operation published showed that they were open until 5pm. We notified Kirsten that we were driving up and would arrive around 2pm. Ended up arriving at 2:30pm. To our surprise, the door was closed with the sign "closed for inventory from 3pm". Luckily we were able to put the foot in the door before they locked up (earlier than their sign said!) and have a look at the trailer. Needless to say we would have been fuming if we couldn't have gotten in - having driven 3 hours with kids to get there. This is where you should temper any expectations of service / customer care - they're just not wired or trained to provide great customer service. For us not a deal breaker, but clearly for other reviewers their expectations were higher. At this point Jared took over as our main contact person as Kirsten was ill. He left us alone with the trailer and let us check it out, but it wasn't hooked up and we couldn't try everything out. During that time two other cars arrived at the lot and were equally surprised that the place was being closed at 3pm - except they were not as lucky as us and actually got turned away. We had planned to stay overnight in Fresno and had the opportunity to come back for a follow up inspection the following day (with electrical hookup) and we were able to check everything we could at that time. No real support from anyone (and also no pushy sales pitch either). We were impressed with the quality of the trailer, and although there were a few minor things that needed to be repaired we wanted to go ahead with the $500 deposit and have it reserved pending a professional inspection. This is where another irksome customer service experience happened - I offered to put down the deposit, and Mike (the financing / deal manager) said it wouldn't be necessary, but Jared took my CC details anyway. Later on they did charge my card for the $500. I wouldn't even mention this but it's just leaves you with a bad feeling when you get told one thing, and another thing actually happens. I was fine with the charge, and it would all be ok if that was what I had been told. Just the fact that I was told it wouldn't be necessary and ended being charge does not result in a great deal of confidence in the process on their side. Nevertheless, there was no problem having an independent inspector come and look at the trailer - he was allowed access and provided a thorough review of everything, even having them immediately fix some of the minor issues. As everything checked out, we went ahead and confirmed our intent to purchase and wanted to arrange a delivery date. Initially it was going to be a couple of weeks (because the service crew were tapped out), then suddenly it was possible two days later. I was a bit concerned (based on other reviews) that the trailer might be given away despite our deposit but this concern turned out to be unfounded in our case. We were able to pick up on the following Monday and everything went fine. The delivery walk-through was complete, if pretty speedy / rushed due to other customers also coming in for pickup. The service tech fixed battery in smoke detector and tested it, and also replaced one of the stove burners because one was bent and the flame wasn't even. I brought my own weight distributing hitch which they installed and set up for me. They said the tanks were cleaned (they weren't) and that the tire pressure was checked (it wasn't) - again service not the strong point. But on the road nevertheless! Once everything was checked out and set up, I closed the deal with Mike and he got all the documentation filed / signed with minimal fuss. Title / registration came through without any issues. Just last week we went camping for the first time and tested everything out. The whole trailer is in great condition and no major issues to report. Even though it was raining (good test for roof leaks) we had a great time and look forward to many great RV experiences in the next few years. We couldn't be happier with the trailer, and the price that we paid. read more

Recently purchased a new toy hauler. Allen was our salesmen and was very personable. He was a little scattered and forgetful but knowledgable. We made an appointment to pick the trailer up and still had to wait over an hour to get my walk through. There were three employees standing in the lobby the entire time I was waiting. While in the lobby I spoke to a very angry guy who had spent about $80k on a fifth wheel and had been waiting for four hours. When I finally got my walk through, I noticed a couple guys working on the trailers were unfriendly and rude. One guy was pulling a fifth wheel out of the shop area and saw me walking. Instead of letting me pass by, he pulled out in front of me. Not a huge deal, but pretty rude. Overall I felt like I got a good deal but felt like the after care could have been better. read more

Found this Toyhauler Liquidaters online and called and talked to Tony who told me that these SLC3905 weekend warriors where complete units and in ok shape. I talked with him 3-4 times in 2 days. I called him on his cell and at office, after I called the office back I talked with a Kirsten who took my deposit over the phone, she texted me and asked for a copy of my driver license which I gave her. About an hour later she text me and asked me if I knew what the shape of units where I said yes I saw the pics online, she said NO the pics online are not updated! Which means that they are trying to sell something and make it look way better online then it really is. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. I told her NO thanks and that I wanted a refund asap she told it would be 4/5 days it's been at least that and NO refund. Caution caution don't buy. read more

On 3/21/2015 we bought a Genesis Classic trailer from Toy Hauler Liquidators (Fun Cars) and they were great. Actually we had reserved a different trailer, then didn't like it when we saw it in person. This place has a huge selection and we found another trailer on-site that we liked better. When we came to pick it up, we had John for the walk-thru and he's the best. If you're new to owning a trailer, John is the guy to help you. He was patient, knowledgeable and informative. When the service team couldn't figure out the light hook up (it took them over 6 hours) John stepped in and fixed the brake control and lights so that everything was working properly. So far we are happy with our trailer, and we feel lucky that we found John as he is such a gem. read more

Worst customer service! Drove here this afternoon from Bakersfield to check out a 5th wheel we had been looking at online, Allen was the salesman "helping" us via phone calls. He was aware we were coming today to check it out and see what deal we could work out, we get to the dealership and to our surprise Allen is not there, he had left to do a delivery (which he did not return till about 15 min till closing). Well when we first arrived Tony was helping us out (well trying to at least) he had no idea that we were coming since Allen did not relay the information, so he was trying to find out where the fifth wheel was that we drove all the way there to check out, we searched the lot across the street while he was trying to figure it out. Finally he came out and informed us that it was not there, it was at one of the lots 3miles up the road, so we loaded up the kids and followed tony there ( supposedly this lot was where all the repo'ed trailers were stored yet another thing they failed to mention) well to our surprise upon arrival the trailer was not in the condition that we saw online, apparently someone had hit the rear side of the trailer with a forklift and they were okay with not mentioning that to us before we drove there, also the sink faucet had been cut all around it, and the fridge wires were exposed due to missing part. Well let's just say that was the least of our disappointment... So we get back to the dealership and guess who shows up, Allen. He proceeds to act like we are going to be purchasing a " never used, brand new condition" 5th wheel that looked like it had not been taken care of, it was a 2014 and already had all these issues and supposedly it has never been bought. So we ask how long the trailer had been sitting there and he lies and says 6months, that's a lie it's a 2014 and it has all these issues with it. Oh and did I mention they didn't even take a battery pack when we went to check it out to make sure all electrical stuff worked, it was also wedged between 2 trailers so you wouldn't even be able to see what it looks like with slide out. So yes horrible experience, and to top it off Mike the manager was a cocky arrogant ass hole who ran his mouth with comments of " oh don't worry you'll be back tomorrow, you won't find a better price anywhere else" well guess what Mike your over priced, your salesmen suck, customer service is horrible, your salesman Allen was very rude to leave us hanging when he knew we had to drive from out of town, you guys are unprepared and unorganized. And just so you know, we won't be back tomorrow, because your sorry ass attitude doesn't make that trailer look appealing anymore. And yes we did find a better price for a bigger better trailer. TL;DR version: Big thumbs up for Gunny, Zach, and the service department over at Toy Hauler Liquidators! Had just come from a horror story-worthy experience with Pacific Coast RV in Atascadero, CA. As the 5 stars indicate, my experience with Toy Hauler Liquidators (THL) was quite the opposite. The moment you walk in the door, they're there to do one thing: Help you make an informed decision about which RV to purchase. No trying to push you into a price realm you clearly said, not even 5 minutes before, that you couldn't afford. No walking through the section of 5th wheels to show off their massive inventory (By the way, it's so big, you can see it from either the 99 or the 41) even though you told them you had no desire for a 5th wheel. The whole browsing experience really did feel custom. And to be honest, they didn't really do anything special to get that feeling from me. They just didn't act like idiots or pushy salesmen. After I picked out the RV, the negotiating experience was smooth. Typical name a price, salesman goes to boss and comes back with a different price. Back and forth until one gives. This part of the experience was where they got to shine above my horror experience at Pacific Coast RV. Did THL want a deposit? Of course. Did they want the deposit to equal half the RV cost? Of course not. It's a deposit. It's a way for me to let them know I'm serious and want to move forward. Pacific Coast RV clearly thinks a deposit is for making a payment on an RV, as they wanted $2500 for a $5000 travel trailer. Did THL make that deposit refundable? Yes they did. On the contrary, I had to plead with Pacific Coast RV to get them to make it refundable. It's these little things that made the process smoother. My first out of two visits to THL took half the time of just the negotiating process at Pacific Coast RV. Where they really shined is during delivery. I had previously requested it be delivered in 10 days. Gunny gave me his word that it would be done. 2 days after I had picked out my trailer, Gunny called and said it would be ready in 3 days (total of 5 days vice 10). Pacific Coast RV, on the other hand, failed to have an RV ready in 8 days that they guaranteed would be ready in 7. Showed up to THL, waited maybe 15 minutes, and was shown the RV. Very clean inside and out. All appliances were demostrated to me and shown to be working. Mike gave a pleasant, thorough, and informational walkthrough. Signed papers with another Mike and came back to hook it up and take it home. When locking up and verifying windows shut, etc., we found water coming from the base of the toilet. Service dept immediately came over and attempted to tighten hoses. When that failed, they swapped the entire toilet for a brand new toilet, still in sealed box. In less than 30 minutes, I had a new toilet installed and had the trailer hooked up. Even down to the hookup, where we needed a jack to lift it up to the hitch, THL was there ready to help us. This dealer had a rock bottom price for a Taxa Cricket that I purchased from them. Antonio helped me a on the final inspection. I'm a first time trailer buyer and a novice and he showed patience towards me in going over features on the trailer. There were 2 missing items and he did make good on finding the small refrigerator and said that they would order an overhead kid's cot which was on the manufacturer's MSRP form and send it to me. When trying to unhitch the trailer from a rented Uhaul truck at a storage park in the Fresno area, I had trouble and I made a call to Toy Hauler Liquidators and Antonio drove out to help me. Well, first time ever that all the poor reviews that people have written about a place of business are true. I didn't listen and drove 2.5 hrs down south to trailer liquidators to see a specific travel trailer listed on their website for a good price. Got there, no one greeted us or asked to help. We had to dig this young guy out of his hot office, the whole place was hot and stuffy and old looking, like a temporary place. Anyways, it was a typical sleeze ball salesman who always has to ask his manager for everything. Well we finally worked out a deal and applied for the loan. Hand shake and was told we would be called the next day because it was saturday and the banks are closed. No call monday, tuesday, wednesday! This morning, i look at the website and the trailer is gone and says SOLD! they literally sold the trailer to someone else from under us and after we made our deal. I should of suspected something by their sales tactics and the look of the place. The manager looked right at us then put his head down and hid in his office after our deal which i thought was odd and a sign that something dishonest was occurring. We shopped every where. We even went to the Pomona RV Show where you are suppose to get a great deal but we ultimately bought locally from Toy Haulers right here in Fresno. They beat the show price by over 5,000 and showed us how everything worked when we picked it up. The owner gave us his cell number and on our first trip over Thanksgiving, we couldn't get the truck to unhook from the hitch. We called and he walked us through it over the phone using facetime. So I read the reviews but the prices were so amazing that my wife and I decided to check it out for ourselves as the reviews were mixed. When we arrived we were given a price list and asked to look around and let them know if we liked anything. My wife found a Greywolf travel trailer and I found a Stealth Toy Hauler. The salesman would come around and check on us every few minutes which was cool. After a couple hours we still couldn't decide. The owner, Jimmy asked us what we would be using the trailer for and pointed out the benefits of both trailers. We went home to think about it. We ended up with the Grey Wolf and the wife loves it!! I was told it would cost me $250 to get a unit from their Sacramento location to the Fresno location as I would be coming from Orange county. Tried to get this waived but the salesperson told me that the sales manager Mike had said they were already losing money at the advertised price. Yea right! The service department graciously accepted my under-warranty 5th wheel trailer after Best RV in Turlock, California refused to honor the warranty that came with the trailer when purchased in January 2013 at Best RV. Dawn, the service department manager, did her best to get our trailer in the schedule quay in a timely fashion. The repairs were completed with little cooperation from the trailer's manufacturer. There was a mis-communication on my part and theirs regarding my travel trailer and was given the wrong travel trailer and had it delivered but they were easy to deal with and made the transaction easy and pain free. They even came and took the other travel trailer away and delivered the correct one. David, the driver was super nice and professional and did a great job in handling all aspects of the delivery. After reading the Yelp reviews I was a little worried about this dealer but because of the price I had to check it out for my self. I saved thousands on the unit I wanted, and let me tell you I visited several dealers.You have to keep in mind all these dealers are one in the same you are not buying a new car it's completely different. It 's like buying a house chances are you not going to use the same realtor. You may need to use another dealer for service if you don't live close by something else to keep in mind Also dealers don't know everything about what there selling or the parts for it. If you decide to buy on your walk through make sure you bring a TV and check everything and inquire about extras like a BBQ that might come with the unit or that special hose that you need for the BBQ. The spare tire cover is a must make sure they through that in when making the deal. When we were doing our walk through we had some issues with a sofa cushion and a kitchen table that had bumps on top. The owner assured me he would take care of it by ordering the parts from the factory and securing the contract with a due bill. I was worried about that due bill when driving home with the unit but they did come through. It took about a month to get the parts but it was all worth it in the end. You can text the owner anytime and he will respond. Mike in parts was very good in texting,e-mailing me and calling me back. We are very happy with our purchase. read more

Just bought a toy hauler at Toy Hauler Liquidators, and what a wonderful experience it was. There is no pressure whatsoever. We went back several times and were always so welcome. In fact, the manager wants to be sure you get the right RV so he encourages you to go spend time in the RV checking it out. And be sure to ask for Zach, our salesperson. He is awesome to work with and gets all your questions answered. The employees treat you like a good friend. They're just all so darn nice. The walk through was thorough, and Mike made sure we understood everything and was happy to answer any questions. We'll actually miss going there and seeing the people! read more

Horrible sales and service department. Do not buy here and sacrifice customer service and quality. The get the trailers in and let them stay thrashed until they are sold..then supposedly "detail" them. Ours was not detailed. We were rushed thru the walk trough because we were a previous RV owner. In getting it home, we have found TONS of broken, missing and damaged areas/items, and this is a BRAND new trailer!! We asked upon leaving if we could go to a service dept closer to our home and were told yes. That is untrue, we have found out, unless you want to pay for items up front and try to get reimbursement from maker. It is only two months old and regret our decision. read more

My wife and I went in with our two kids knowing we wanted a trailer to go camping, but not really sure what to look for. The sales guy, Oscar, was very patient, unfortunately our baby was being very fussy, and it was very hot out. Even so he spent a lot of time with us and answered all our questions until we narrowed it down to the right choice for us. (This place has a ton of trailers). We took our trailer out for the first time and had a scare when we couldn't get the furnace to work. We called the technical support line and were surprised when the owner answered. He talked us through it and 10 mins later we had heat!! Turns out he gives out his number to everyone who buys from him, that's pretty awesome. Super happy with the trailer, it's being serviced by them right now, told them I was having trouble with the pop out, they said no problem just bring it down and they'll take care of it. I should have it back next week. Great place!! Made what I thought was going to be super complicated very easy. Highly recommend them, ask for Oscar. read more

I WILL NEVER TAKE MY RIG OR TELL ANYONE TO HAVE ANY WORK DONE BY THIS COMPANY. ANY AUTHORIZED DEALER CAN DO WARRENTY WORK ON NEW RIGS you can chose who you feel conferrable with and take it there. I'd look at the shop, space available and a lot of other details before I take mine anywhere. The manager Ben and later Jim the owner told me I had to take it to them the first year for warranty work. Keystone said I can take it anywhere they authorize... Like Affordable RV in New Catsle, camping world, Happy Dayz RV as an example... I went to Camping world. I had the same experience as the other bad reviews on their Rocklin location . I bought a toy hauler that had some damage and fell like I got the run around. I was told several versions of what was going on with my TH none that I observed actually happened. I am not allowed legally to call anyone I dealt with including Jim a liar. Needless to say I left a previous long review with a lot of details and the owner cc'd me on a email to his lawyer telling him to sue me, find out who I work for to call my boss, what assets I own... there were several emails about suing me and I felt bullied. I felt like the owner behaved like this because I expected for him to actually deliver what was promised. I have a due bill for damages to be repaired and months later they never did the work. To be honest after all the suing tough guy talk from Jim I called the news and they wanted to do the story about folks who share their bad experience and get bullied on yelp by the owners, the news van was on their way to my home and also contacted Jim when a better story broke and they called to re schedule. At that point I had had enough and removed the review only saying "I had the same bad experience" with 1 star . At this point Jim said he would drop the lawsuit and call me when the parts arrived. When he sent me a text that the parts were in and he wanted to have one of his employees drop them off at my house I never replied. I wanted nothing to do with this company. So at the end of the day and several weeks after the sale he finally did offer to complete the work. The thing is, I was told my Jim that I "need" to take my new TH back to him for all warranty work the first 12 months and that's where he makes most of his money because he sells them so cheep. Turns out I can take it to any authorized dealer and have them do warranty work on it. So I took it to camping world and they got me all fixed up! So I had thought all this was behind me then I get an email from yelp today saying they took down my review because "I had the same bad experience" with 1 star was reported by the community as not having enough detail.... I'd send someone to buy a rig from this place as long as they don't pay for anything until it's ready....just not to ever go back. Cheers everyone read more

Loved the buying process at this place! Even after a bad first impression... On our first trip here, when we came in I almost turned around and walked out. There was a tall man sitting in an office in the back lefthand corner who was really rude. Luckily, we were introduced to our sales man (the owner's brother in law) and he promply told us to ignore the other guy. It was close to closing, but he had no rush and happily showed us around their inventory. We made it very clear that we were just looking at our options at that point, and he was just as helpful and friendly as if he thought we were going to buy that day. He showed us the PERFECT travel trailer. We let him know we were going to continue our research and took his card and would be in touch. After about a month of researching we could not find anything more perfect than the Keystone Outback 310TB Diamond Edition that we had seen at Toy Hauler Liquidators. We looked up any we could find (very difficult trailer to locate in California) and priced them out, and THL had the best price we could find. Went back in, they had 2 in stock and we picked the one we wanted and did all the paperwork. The owner was there and we were introduced. He and my husband chatted for quite sometime and he was more than happy to answer any questions we had. This is our first trailer purchase so it was nice that they did not rush us through the process. They also let our 6 year old and 1.5 year old play in the trailers and run a muk of the office without batting an eye. They were extremely accomodating in our timeline as well. My husband in in the Navy, and was heading out of town the next day for a month. he was taking our truck with him and we would not be able to do the walk through or pick it up until he returned. They stored it for us until he came home and kept in contact with him while he was gone for scheduling. I don't know much about the walk through process, my husband did that while I was at work. I do know he missed a few things that he has yet to call THL about, but i am sure they will be very helpful when he does get in touch with them. We have used it for 2 trips now up to three rivers and have a lot more planned this summer! We get tons of compliments, everyone loves that it is the perfect combination of a toy hauler and travel trailer in one! read more

After looking at a few places for Toy Haulers, we found what we wanted and liked for the right price here. There was no hassle. We started with Carlos and then did the financing with Skylar. We had a little mishap with the first trailer we'd brought home, it wasn't their fault, but they went above and beyond to fix it. We are very happy with our Toy Hauler and appreciate all of the exceptional customer service we received. Skylar made sure that we were 100% satisfied with our unit before we left. They were honest and easy to work with. We have recommended all of our friends and family to go down here when looking for a new RV. read more

This outfit absolutely sucks in my opinion. I bought a $57,000 fifth wheel from them. They were great when I first contacted them all the up to the sale. After that however they have gone down hill fast. I had to have the camper delivered because of my work schedule. When it arrived there were several items that didn't work or didn't work properly. I couldn't get any support out of the sellers at all. I was also missing the legs for the tables and a light cover (the legs were in a box in the trailer when I looked at it). I contacted them and they said they would send them to me. That was six months ago and they haven't arrived yet, even after repeated contact with them. I have the camper dialed in now all on my own but some customer support would have been nice. read more

This business needs customer service lessons as they are VERY unresponsive unless you're right in front of them with an easy request. We were making our first toy hauler purchase and had specific desires for our purchase. Our salesman, Larry, started off showing us everything just above our specified price range; so disrespectful. Once we became very clear that we were not interested in looking at these toy haulers by simply refusing to enter them, he finally started pointing in the right direction. However, when we found what we wanted and he wrote up the paperwork for me to take to the bank, I found out later that he qouted me $1,000 above the correct warranty cost. In fact the finance manager said, "I don't know where he got that number." After we left to work with our bank, we called our salesman to discuss financing options. Not once did Larry ever return our call, and the lady answering their phones would even say, "He's not at his desk. Can you call back." What? How about taking a message and ensuring your customer gets a return call in a timely manner!? This occured several times before I finally informed her I can not call back nor am I receiving a return call, so she routed me to their finance manager. I discovered their customer service issues are indeed pervasive, as even the finance manager failed to return all my calls except for one, and every time he said he'd call me back, he did not; I always had to call him. We would have clearly walked away from this if it had not been the toy hauler we wanted that we could not find at the other 5 places we visited. The one excuse they gave each time was, "We're just so busy." This is the worst excuse you can give a customer; how demeaning to a customer. There are several other substandard service items I could list, but this review is long enough. Take your business elsewhere; Toy Hauler Liquidators doesn't respect or value their customers! read more

I spoke to I think his name was Mike a I was told the sales managere before driving 250 miles to see a weekend Warrior CR 3905 that they had several used units ready to go. I took a day and drove over to see the units (2) 2007 CR3905,(2) 2007 SLC 3905 and a CL 4005 toy hauler. when I got there I was shown where the units were and the guy left.. we looked at 6 different units and they all were a mess. the pic's shown on RV Trader were nothing like I was about to see.. pristine pic's on RV trader turned to all units canabolized, Missing beds,bed hardware,finiture some chairs missing legs,stereos missing carpet missing,generator parts missing,full of trash a few units smelled like they had rats.When I asked about it i was told they had used parts from these units to fix others, but they could show me their brand new trailers and I could purchase one of thoese.... Really is this Bate and switch? I just talked to you on the phone and you said your used units were in great condtition and ready to go just the day before.. what happened in two days to these units all 6 of them in just two days..???I think they are very un professional to tell someone the units were ready for sale ,let them drive 250 miles one way to see this junk! then try to sell me a new unit. It was a total waste of my time and gas.I can not recommend this RV store for new or used units. read more
