My experience started out amazing, but didn't end that way unfortunately. I walked in with my good…read morefriend and his wife so they could look at down sizing their trailer and also look at getting one myself. We walked in on Memorial Day holiday without an appointment and was greeted by the sales rep Sal. He was great and knowledgeable and got us to the exact type of units we were looking for. Within 30-45 minutes we all fell in love with the same trailer, a 2026 keystone bullet. It had everything and the price seemed fair, almost too good to be true. After picking the trailer out we went back to run numbers and do financing with Manny, he was laid back and understanding and made things as easy as he could. Then came the first issue, my friend wanted to break even and not roll over negative equity into his new trailer and they were way off from accomplishing that. One of the owners came in and tried to negotiate and was rude and argumentative and unwilling to work with us despite having to deals on the table. Unfortunately I still wanted the trailer and decided to proceed with the purchase. After I finalized all the paperwork then the owner came back and wanted to make the deal. Let me mention that my sales person said that if I had the trailer hitch that they would install it as part of the purchase. This is where my biggest issue is. As someone in sales myself you don't make a promise to a customer that you can't or won't live up to. So after coming back a little over a week later to pick up my trailer and do the walk through I met Sako, another super laid back worker that was thorough and understanding. Once I explained what the sales rep said he immediately let me know that I was probably going to be charged and that they never do that for free as part of a sale. He did try everything to see if he could get it installed like I was promised to no success. Now I'm furious cause now I'm getting an extra charge I was not expecting. He went as far to ask the other owner who is not the original one we dealt with and he to was argumentative and unwilling to make a customer happy after they got their sale. I understand his point about liability and being sued which I respect but the unwillingness to bend and work with making your customer was happy over a 20 minute install and instead charging a full hour for labor is absurd. If they are treating paying customers like this imagine how the poor people that work here are getting treated when there's no other punching bags around. Needless to say I will not refer anyone here after today's experience and I do not recommend this business solely on how we've been treated through this process. Cliff notes - beware of poor customer service Manny and Sako were amazing The owners are terrible and don't care about happy customers as long as they make their money

When we decided to buy a new trailer in September 2016, my husband felt strongly about keeping the business local so we agreed on a 2017 rig at RVs4Less. NEVER, EVER have we received such awful customer service from day one. There were red flags from the beginning as we look back. Things that never felt right. We should have walked but we didn't. We figured that since we purchased a brand new rig we wouldn't need or have worries with warrenties. The first time we used our awning after owning the trailer for only 2 months we noticed 3 small holes in the fabric. Large enough to be an issue. This began our first service issue. It took us 6 months of fighting for what we were owed to finally get the awning replaced. We were ignored, disrespected and lied to time and time again. The owner wouldn't even talk to us even though we saw him on site. When it was finally agreed that it needed to be replaced the manager (owners daughter) said "If we take care of this for you, we need you to give us a positive review on the yelp." Um no! When we picked up the trailer and took it camping we realized that someone on the lot had used the toilet. It was full of _ _ _ _ and clogged. We called immediately and were told "oh we ask our employees not to do that" What????? Fast forward 2 years. We called for yet another appointment for more warrenty issues. We were hopeful that since it was under new management things would be better. We had an appointment and my husband told the service manager it was all warrenty work. They set a date for us to bring it in. Two days later we get a call telling us "oh we stopped selling that brand a year or two ago so we don't do warrenty work on them. You need to come and get it." What the hell??? You sold us a brand new rig.and bragged about your service. You told us very very clearly that we could bring any warrenty or extended warrenty work to you whenever we needed! Now, it's no longer convenient for you?? You never even notified us of this change in warrenty policies. We had a list of 6 things that needed attention but rvs 4less wanted to tow it to Fresno to have the work done. We bought local and expect local service. Good customer service would have said, "Let's take care of these small things for you this time since you purchased from us and you were never notified, but next time you'll know to go to Fresno." My husband has asked for two days to speak with the owner. No call yet. He went in person to talk to the service manager and got the same story. The service manager moved our trailer out to the shoulder of Hwy41 for my husband to hook up (rather than allowing him to hook up in the lot) and this put him in a dangerous situation. The trailer was so close to the highway that he had to pull onto the hwy to back up. Just another example in our eyes of the lack of respect for their customers. We STRONGLY Suggest that you drive the extra miles to save yourself the same aggravation.

So I called Camping World and spoke with Joseph in the Service department and he said they could help me with that, so I made the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment Jason was my service advisor and he was very helpful and friendly. He asked if I wanted them to dispose of the hitch and I said no, I was going to they and sale it. It didn't take long for them to finish the work. And I was charged what I was quoted. When I got home I thought I was going to be able the drag the hitch off the back of the truck and on to a cart. No way, it was way too heavy. So the next day I called Jason back to see if the offer still stands and it did. Jason's team removed the hitch from bed and I was very happy to be done with it. Thanks again to Jason and his team.

They will mislead you to buy coverage you don't want, be carefull !…read more In May 2026, my husband and I purchased a travel trailer from Camping World in Fresno, California. During the finance process, we were offered three optional protection plans. We agreed to purchase only one of them. However, the finance representative, Marcus Mele, presented paperwork for all three plans to be signed. Believing the documents reflected what had been explained to us, we signed them. We later discovered that we had been enrolled in three different protection plans, despite only agreeing to one. When I contacted Camping World to cancel the unwanted plans, I was informed that one of them could not be canceled. I requested cancellation of the other two plans immediately. It has now been more than 30 days since my cancellation request. I have not received the refunds, any status update, or any meaningful communication despite multiple follow-up attempts. I also spoke with the General Manager, Carson, at the Fresno location. Instead of investigating my concerns, he dismissed my account and defended his employee without addressing the facts or helping resolve the issue.

I can only speculate that this is where it happened because of the fact that I provided all of my personal information and then less than 24 hour time frame until my identity was stolen but I'll let you be the judge. I don't provide my information to just anyone. Other than that, I love my trailer. I strongly dislike their rude staff, and overall poor customer service. I waited a month after purchase for pickup and was provided no status updates or communication. I had to convince a shop boy to give me the owners cellphone number to get service. The owner assisted me and handled the situation. Which is the only reason, that I did not cancel the sale. The owner was overall extremely helpful once he discovered the issue with his staff. I would not recommend the Sacramento location or their service location. I give one star because that is the least I can give.
