I did, and my lender said it was Madera Auto's responsibility. When I tried calling Madera Auto back multiple times (after 9am on a weekday), they did not answer and their voice mailbox is full. Very disappointed with this dealership. After 3 phone calls, Adam was very helpful and promised to send me a check with the money owed once they receive the title transfer from my bank.
