My wife chose a Small Nesting Tray ($23) and my niece chose a Rectangular Pen Cup ($18). After 10.25% sales tax, the visit cost $81.20 total. You have to come back at least a week later to pick up your finished pieces. We sat outside on the back patio. This is a humble studio. The complimentary water ran out so I walked to a nearby cafe to get some. There was also complimentary Kirkland Signature green tea. The restroom, located outside, is tiny. Nice staff. You pay an additional 10 dollars to get it in the kiln to pick up a week later. The paintbrushes are mostly abused or past their prime so it's difficult to do any detail painting. That was most frustrating for us. We had a good time. Expect to be there between 90 minutes plus with an 8 year old. Then you clean up at the back sink which piled up with palettes and bowls in a mess. The public has difficulty with that- the sign should be bigger! We had a private room for the kids to do their activities, enjoy pizza, and have cake, and everything felt easy and well organized from start to finish. The staff was wonderful and made the whole experience feel seamless. We will definitely be back with our kids.
