Casey had a nice long talk with you, then she sketches on your eyebrows and eyelids of what she thinks looks good from your input. The nano micro blading and shading wasn't torture! As she is working when it starts to get uncomfortable she moves to a different section, without me saying anything! That is years of experience shinning through. The eyelids were harder because I fluttered a bit when she got into the one corner of my inner eyelid but Casey was very calm and walked me through it. My husband and family were blown away when they saw how well they came out. My brother couldn't tell until I pointed them out. Right now it is dark so I am excited how it will lighten in a week's time. I have not had any scabbing, flaking, or skin issues. The day of and the next my eyes were slightly puffy as if I was crying. Yah for me! Casey is located in The Grand in Brea in the shopping plaza off of the 57 freeway. She has the heart and skill of an angel! I was very lucky to have found her! It was a pleasure to get this done with her.

She also is so worried about risk, liability and complaints that she is vague about any question you ask her--even general questions. I have been there about 20 times in the past 6 years and each time I go, I sense a disconnect and scorn from her for no reason. I dont get it. I give my business to a lot of people, and have good relations with anyone I give my money to. My usual tip is between 20 to 30% --but when I go there, I just dont feel like tipping anymore. Each time I hope to see a glimmer of customer service from her, and each time I am disappointed. I even told her it was my birthday the next day, and she said NOTHING. Totally dismissive of my requests or comments and non-communicative. She needs a lesson in setvice with a smile and communication. Meh. She also it seems tries to price gouge a bit when she can. It is noticeable when she forgets that she has quoted a different price before. Walked away a bit unhappy with the attitude, not necessarily her "work".

I wasted time and gas because the listed hours and walk-in availability were inaccurate. The business should update its Yelp page to reflect accurate availability.

I texted her and asked if I was one of the appts that needed to be moved and she confirmed I was. If I hadn't seen her story tho I wouldn't have known to not come. Most recently though, it was for my bridal shower brows in Feb. Luckily we were able to reschedule but her reasoning was a bit weird - her bf broke up with her. I've been heartbroken before so I get it sucks but moving appts for that reason gives clients a sense of inconsistency and unprofessionalism. Second time was March for my bachelorette. She was feeling under the weather. Understandable, so we just used that deposit for my wedding brows. That appt never happened bc she had an emergency with her grandma. I'm not an unreasonable person, I get life happens but at this point it seems like she has a lot going on and might not be able to handle the volume of appts she has. She's the business owner so she can reschedule and cancel appts as she pleases, but if you're looking for someone who is consistent then maybe look elsewhere especially if you've got an important event.
