This was my third and final visit to this location, and unfortunately every experience has been negative. From the moment I walked into this salon, the experience was uncomfortable. I walked in, said hello, and received no greeting in return. Instead, the employee immediately told me to "sit down on the third chair" without any acknowledgment or basic courtesy. From the start of my appointment, the employee was extremely rough while threading, to the point where it hurt. When I instinctively moved away and politely told her that she hurt me, she became visibly upset. During a previous visit, I was actually cut while being threaded, so this time I asked her to please be careful. Instead of responding professionally, she seemed irritated that I brought it up and continued threading even more roughly. The customer service was awful. She was not welcoming at all and came across as someone who does not enjoy her job. When I tried to address the situation, she became argumentative, making me so uncomfortable that I got up and left. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it, which is completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this place. The only reason I kept giving it chances was because it's conveniently located and usually not busy--but now I understand why. Customer service and professionalism clearly need improvement. Based on other reviews and the fact that she has been the only person I have ever seen working in the salon, I believe she may be the owner--which makes this experience even more disappointing. If this is the level of customer service being set at the top, it explains a lot. read more

The woman who works there is cold and unfriendly. I felt like I was bothering her when I walked into empty shop. When I tried to tell her what I wanted she dismissed my questions and informed me of what she would be doing. This is the opposite place you want to go for self care. This is my second time at this location. I thought the first time the threader was having an off day. It seems that this is her demeanor. I'm disappointed. I needed a tiny glow up after a few trying days of life. I won't get that today. read more

My new go to spot! I happened to pass by and haven't gotten my brows threaded in a while because it usually hurts pretty bad and I haven't found a place where I loved the service... until today. I walk in and Rani immediately greets me and makes me feel welcomed. She did my brows and I was so shocked it did not hurt AT ALL. She did it so fast and so precise, I loved it. She cleaned my brows up without making them seem thin at all. I then decided to get them tinted as well since she did such a nice job, and I love them!! The last time I got pink eye was when my daughter was a baby in day care because she gave it to me; she is now 21. I spied this spot recently as I usually go to the one at the Palladio so I gave it a try. TBH I don't remember her sanitizing her hands and TBH I don't usually watch. But after referring to Google, pink eye can happen at threading places if proper sanitation isn't done. And I believe that this is what happened to me last week on my visit. Can I be 100% sure, of course not. But back tracking my steps led me to coming here and then developing pink eye which I confirmed with my doctor on Thursday. Ladies, just be careful and watch for proper sanitation every single time you go in. Personally I'm not returning. read more

Wonderful eyebrow threading done here. The regular girl who is there is always on point and goes out of her way to be so nice. I have never been disappointed with the service and wait times vary but I have never waited more than 15 mins. It's worth it though. They also offer eyebrow tinting. It lasts about a week but it's also a great service they offer. read more

I have gone to the Folsom location for years. I was happy to see the edh location open up because it's closer for me, but was hesitant to try it because of the simple change. I was so happy I took the chance and went. Roni did my eyebrows and was so kind and sweet. The sweetest and most outgoing experience I've ever had getting threaded before. It's crazy how a warm personality and kind service will really bring customers back. I watched her sanitize her hands, and follow all proper steps of providing safe and sanitary service. Have very mixed feelings after my encounters here. I have been to this location twice now. On my first visit, I was blown away by the service, attention to detail and care given to help shape and even out my eyebrows. It was the best I've received compared to the services from their Palladio front. But this past Friday when I went in for a clean up, it was as if she was rushing through my service even though I was the only customer in the store. I tried to speak up when I felt a bit off to nudge my service in the right direction, indicating I wanted to even out my brow arches. I am so disappointed with the outcome. My eyebrows are completely uneven and the top portions look like they were cut straight and sharp instead of a nice natural curve. All I can resemble them to is the Aeropostale bird logo. When trying to now fill in my brows with my pencil, they are so completely uneven that it is so frustrating and upsetting how ugly they look. I'm so disappointed considering how happy I was the first time around but now I can't risk coming back to have this happen again :( read more

I decided to go to Threading Place as I wanted to get my eyebrows done and I was amazed by their service. The store was clean, the gold and white design was very nice and overall amazing interior. The employee was very nice and they did a great job in my eyebrows. I have been to their other stores and the quality of service has stayed amazing.
