I asked for a brow clean up and noticed she was cutting a lot of my hair. I didn't question it or think much of it because it's been a while and I was overdo for a cleanup but once I got in the car and saw my brows close up I was so upset. She cut SOOO MUCH they look horrible. I didn't even notice it at first until I looked at them close up. Idk why she cut my brows so much. They are so uneven and crooked and look choppy and disgusting. I should have just gone to my regular place in Montclair but was in the area. Never coming back here. My left brow is so UGLY!! I can't even fix it with a pencil I love having thick eyebrows and she completely ruined them. I hate how they came out and I'm so sad over how bad they look. She shouldn't have cut so much but I trusted she was qualified. Her brows are so nice and I assumed mine would come out the same but I was wrong.

There are 20 minute parking spots across from brow and beauty threading, just enough time for a walk-in appointment today. There were two people being worked with prior to me, so I signed in on the iPad and waited my turn. I only waited five minutes. The waiting area and the whole studio is very clean, and bright, with comfortable seating, so it feels very hospitable. Poonam was very kind, and very quick to clean up my eyebrows, offering me aloe vera afterwards to soothe the sting. I am very pleased with the result.
