First time here...first time in downtown Roseville, in fact. Such a cool area/location! Hard to find parking on a Friday afternoon, but the wait is worth it! Chelsea (spelling?) was very friendly over the phone & in person. Although they didn't take any clothes from me, the store is very clean, and you can tell they take pride in their store & care about their customers. I should have posted this review months ago. I sold to threads clothing back around August and had such a great experience. I brought in lots of different styles (bags upon bags). And the young woman at the front was so pleasant!. We talked for awhile after she quickly went through my items. She seemed friendly and the store was clean and items well priced . Cute shop with lots of options. The clothes are in good condition and reasonably priced. Check out the vintage rack. I brought in clothing and was given an overall fair price. Staff was nice and helped me carry my items into the store as parking is not ideal. I loved a vintage jumper that unfortunately had a small flaw but staff agreed to a discount on the item and i liked it enough to purchase and take into alterations to be repaired. It's a lovely spot with so much to choose from. I checked out another consignment shop right before that I won't be returning to. This store caters more to younger women in comparison to the stuff I found at the other shop. Plus staff was way more pleasant, welcoming, attentive and positive. Has gone way down hill. The clothes are more thrift shop quality. Used Merona ? (Target doesn't even carry it anymore.) Very few high quality labels... I found one AE white tank top with yellow pit stains. Yeah....no quality control, apparently. The people working there were annoying verging on rudeness. "How did those work out?" Uh.... Ehhhh, not impressed. If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter found a couple of things. It seemed a little outdated compared to Crossroads and what used to be Freestyle in midtown Sac...Mostly, I didn't appreciate the woman working there staring at us the entire time like we were going to steal her completely affordable, yet very unimpressive merchandise. She literally watched us the whole time and moved around the store wherever we went. It's not like we walked in looking like thugs or poor people! I parked my BMW in front! I also made sure to shower, brush my hair and put on clean clothes that morning lol. Soooo I'm guessing it had more to do with skin color? Or maybe she gets robbed a lot? Who knows! Even my teenage daughter felt uncomfortable...stopped by Sparrow shop next door and the guy there was super nice, so he redeemed on behalf of downtown Roseville! Hahaha! On Tuesday, which is a car show and little concert in Roseville, my mom and I decided to go for the first time(we live in East Sac so Roseville isn't too close). While walking past all the vendors we saw a little shop that had women's clothing in the window, I immediately ran over hoping it was consignment because I always try to find new places to sell & buy my clothes. The girl started walking towards the door as we were walking towards her and walked outside to grab the clothing rack and close the store. There was another older lady in the store who saw us& told us we could still come in and shop. I was excited to check it out and immediately found two shirts I liked. The entire time we were looking though, the older lady who I'm guessing is the owner made us feel bad by talking to the young girl about turning off the lights when we leave, that she had to tell her husband to wait outside because we were still in there, that we were her last customers and so on. It's like why did you invite us in if you were going to make us feel bad the entire time? We bought our shirts and left. I realized I'd look on Yelp and see what other reviews people had left(I also saw on Yelp a sign that says we pay 40% cash for clothes). The reviews were good, and maybe it was a bad night for the store, so I decided to try again two days later but this time bring clothes to sell. It was a different young girl and the same older lady. If she's the owner, she needs to learn customer service because she didn't say a single word to me the entire time I was in there. Her and the younger girl gossiped so much, I felt bad for interrupting to try some clothes on, or pay. Even while I was paying they paid no attention to me, and kept talking. I gave this place two chances and I won't be back. Also when I drove all the way from East Sac, they only pay 33%. -false advertising read more

Overall a very nice store. It's small, but the space is well utilized. More stuff inside then you would think could fit, but in a very organized, non-cluttered way. I like that you can sell jewelry here along with clothing (unlike freestyle/crossroads). Which means the selection is much better because every piece is different. Now for someone who has no self control where rings are concerned I curse this fact as well lol. If you want to sell clothes, but just can't bear to deal with the snotty little hipsters at you know where, this is a nice option. Granted you won't get as much for your items, but given the prices on everything, you don't leave feeling cheated. Ex: Striped "Candies" blazer $8, not on any type of sale, score! What really makes this store stand apart though, is that the owner truly seems to get the concept that just because something is not a name brand doesn't mean it isn't still mega cute, and just because something is a high end label doesn't mean it can't be absolutely hideous. This is a huge pet peeve of mine that bugs me everytime I go into other buy/sell/trade stores. The shoe and purse selection leaves something to be desired as there isn't much of one. However all around a nice little shop to stop by and check out. read more

After seeing the cutest Facebook posts of relevant clothing and positive reviews, I couldn't wait to come here to both sell and browse, and this place did not disappoint. The clothing is clean, adequately spaced, and well organized - it feels more like a boutique than a consignment shop. Actually, I have never been in a consignment store that was this pleasant! The items seemed well chosen, and were not crowded into the racks. What I liked most was that the selection seemed more focused on reasonably priced, on-point fashion, rather than on labels. Also, my young child even commented that it "smelled nice" - which is not typical of a second-hand store! As I browsed, I was almost scared that most of the items that I brought in would be rejected. On the contrary, the pretty lady that examined my bags gave me a very fair offer for a good amount of my items. She certainly didn't take everything, but I felt she made it worth my while, and she moved quickly, even while handling other customers' purchases. I'm a fan! I'll be back. read more

By far the Best Buy Sell Trade store I've encountered. Amazing prices and great unique finds. They have lots of nifty handmade items by local artists and a great vintage section also!
