We requested that the antique couch and chair, whose bottom was beginning to fall out, be repaired…read more After receiving a fair quote London picked up the furniture then proceeded to tell me more work would be required and the cost would be more. We refused to pay this additional cost and asked that our furniture be returned. After months of promising to return it he surprised us be saying the repairs had been made. Upon returning the furniture, almost a year later he proceeded to tell us he would not recommend sitting in the furniture because it may not hold. I told him if I had known this I would not have had him do any of the work, which I also told him not to do. After i complained he changed his tune to say it would be okay to sit in. I am completely disappointed with this whole event and certainly will not be using him again.
