Located in the middle of town ,it has any souvenir you would ever want. However,it is so crowded you can't hardly move.It is not only crowded with people, but is jammed in the aisles with merchandise that you have trouble getting by.So not a good stop for The Working Man Review.

So I guess I have been to this place before. It's literally a tourist trap. You go down one aisle and you get stuck in a maze that you can't get out of so you can have to go through all these different aisles looking at stuff. If you want to see the three bears you have to pay for it. The back of this building has a pigeon Forge sign that you can go take a picture with. It has a bunch of stuff but... It's definitely a tourist trip

We love this place! First thing, when you drive up, you will notice across the top front, JESUS SAVES!!! Lots of things to buy, plus candies, LIVE BEARS TO SEE & FEED TOO! A MUST STOP! We visited the first week of June 2024. The people are so kind and friendly!

Great store! So much stuff to see! We bought shirts, magnets, gifts, stickers, garden flags and delicious fudge. Parking is a nightmare but if you can navigate that, it's worth going in. So much to choose from!

My husband and I stopped by with our German shepherd after finding out the store is pet friendly! The staff was so very kind and the store is HUGE. We stop in every trip but this was our first time bringing along our dog. Love this store and will continue to come back!

We came earlier in the week to see the bears but we arrived too late so ended up just getting ice cream. Keep in mind the bears are only available for viewing 10 am to 6 pm. They have a whole section with homemade candies, fudge, ice cream, etc that is nice. When we came again, the weather wasn't the best so the bear viewing was temporarily closed (understandable as there was lightning detected in the area). Before we left, we checked with the cashier who said she thought they had reopened. Surely enough, they had! The line gets long quickly but, moves fast. The price to view the bears was the most reasonable attraction in the area (3.50 for adult, 2.50 for child, infants free) so if you're on a budget with kids, DEFINITELY stop here. Basically, you get to hang around and watch them as long as you want. Highly recommend!!!

It's a multi-faceted store. The Rocky Mountain candy and ice cream shop are part of this overall store as well. The second floor has half of it set up as arcade. It's an overwhelming store.

GET your Old Tyme photos here. Best sets and best props as well as a great staff. By far the best gift shop in this region.

The only place to find a really good sugar free fudge. They have souvenirs to fit everybody needs for Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Well beside by an ice cream souvenir dish $12 and get a mini sundae. It was well lighted, and okay on candy choices, it was like $19.98 a pound of candy (self serve) , the staff was not friendly. So over all experience, we keep looking for a candy shop we want to return to in town.

I can get them on the Jelly Belly website for less than half that! The one thing good I have to say is that their pralines are the kind I like most (really buttery tasting and dry/crumbly rather than sticky/chewy). But it was nearly $30 for 6 pralines and one small candy package for my kids. Communication was also difficult as the people there struggled with English and they didn't seem very friendly. We didn't buy any Jelly Bellies and left disappointed. I'm so sad because this used to be our favorite candy place in Pigeon Forge. Also, the prepackaged Jelly Bellies were $6.99 and we found them at the candy shop inside Dollywood for $3.99. Never imagined a shop inside a theme park would be so much cheaper than a standalone shop. It's like they don't want to sell anything.

The temperatures were in the high 90's and we were driving. We didn't want to purchase them too early and have them melt in the car during our trip back home. The store is bright, colorful and very inviting. I love the layout and how you can see into the candy kitchen and watch them making taffy onsite. On both visits, we were greeted warmly and offered assistance with anything that we had questions on. I'd seen a video online that showed them offering a moonshine-flavored taffy, but I was unable to find it once in-store. My husband called his mom and walked through every flavored offered, while compiling a bag for purchase. I explored the rest of the store. There was a huge machine full of flavored powder candy (similar to Pixie Stix) and very large tubes that you could fill to your liking. They also offered a wide range of fudge flavors and lots of nostalgic/classic candies. I was drawn to the English toffee (very thick and rich) and I knew that my husband would like the chocolate-dipped twinkies, so we got ourselves those treats as well. They were running a special where if you bought a pound of taffy, you got another pound for free, but we didn't want or need that much taffy. The purchase wasn't as expensive as I expected, because of course everything is billed by weight, and we didn't purchase a lot of candy. I'd return again just for the English toffee. It was like a Heath bar on steroids!

Some attractions sell an experience…read more Some sell a product. The Apple Barn Cider Mill somehow manages to do both. What started as a simple stop turned into one of the more enjoyable experiences of our trip. The star of the visit was our guide, who took us on a cider journey through the various flavors and offerings. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what she was doing. She answered questions, explained the differences between the ciders, and made the tasting experience fun instead of feeling like a sales pitch. And since there's a chance she might somehow see this review: Happy 40th Birthday! Sorry I forgot your name, but your hospitality certainly wasn't forgettable. Now let's talk about the cider. Excellent. There was a large variety of flavors available to sample, making it easy to compare styles and find a favorite. Whether you're new to cider or consider yourself a seasoned enthusiast, there's enough variety here to keep things interesting. After sampling our way through the lineup, we wound up purchasing a glass of the original apple cider and enjoyed it outside. And honestly, that's where the experience really came together. Sitting outside with a fresh cider in hand, playing cornhole and Jenga, enjoying the atmosphere, and slowing down for a little while made for a genuinely relaxing afternoon. No rushing. No crowds pushing you along. Just good cider and good company. We also picked up a growler to bring back to the hotel because one thing became very clear during the tasting process: leaving empty-handed would have been a mistake. The Apple Barn Cider Mill does a great job creating an experience that's welcoming, fun, and memorable without feeling overly commercialized. Great cider. Great staff. Great atmosphere. Five stars. And judging by the growler currently waiting back at the hotel, I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
