They found that a couple of my caliper pins were stuck, which caused the brake pads to wear unevenly -- one side looked normal while the opposite pad was worn completely down to metal and had already started grinding into the rotor. They pulled all four calipers, cleaned and freed the pins, and made sure everything was moving smoothly. Since two of my rotors had been damaged due to the uneven wear, I supplied a full rotor + pad kit and they installed everything perfectly. What really set them apart is how easy they made the whole process. I work during the day, and they allowed me to drop the car off in the morning and leave the key securely in a locked mailbox. After work, I was able to pick the car up without any hassle -- and in my case, they were still there around 6:30 PM and took the time to talk with me. It was refreshing not to get the usual pressure or fear-based mechanic speech where you're told everything under the sun is wrong with your car. Instead, we had a genuine conversation about future services I might want, and they answered all of my questions without pushing anything. Pricing was very fair, especially compared to what most other shops charge for rotor and brake replacement. The brake job was done right, and the value made it absolutely worth having a professional do it rather than tackling it myself. I brought a copy of some of the extended warranties I purchased at the MN Honda dealer before moving to MD. Initially I wasn't sure if they would still be honored but happy that the associate at the counter was happy to scan them and add it to my file. After dropping off my car they did the promised A1 services before the end of the day and called me when it was ready. I asked about some cosmetic dings on my bumper and they didn't try to unnecessarily up-sell any services. Overall pretty pleased! Also a big fan of the online scheduling system. I went in to check battery levels because my car had cut off while I was driving and the battery was reading low on the monitor and via a test by my oil changer provider. I went here on 2/10 to check the levels of the battery which took 2.5 hours and what they feel was a worthy service of $196 for a diagnostic when all I asked to be checked was the battery reading. The battery was changed by them in July and the proper connectors weren't clean and so which caused the problem in the first place. My main issue is why not diagnosis the entire car if you're going to charge $196. Just a shame.

I easily booked a 9:00 AM appointment through the VW app for an AC check and a couple of recalls, including the rear camera and engine cover. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted immediately by everyone in the drive lane. My service advisor, Jen, was absolutely wonderful, welcoming, and professional. She confirmed my information, gave me a clear timeline of about two and a half hours, and personally showed me to the waiting area. The setup there is fantastic if you need to get work done, complete with dedicated workspaces, coffee, tea, water, and snacks. To my surprise, Jen came to get me right at 11:00 AM, well under the estimated time. She had all my paperwork ready and even walked me out to my car. When I mentioned how much better this experience was compared to the dealership closer to my house, she told me, "We take care of our people here." They absolutely proved that.
