Maybe everyone else was expecting a 5 start dining experience at an airport restaurant...but for what it is, I like this place! I live in Nashville and this place is new - and every time I've been here, the service has been great and the people have been friendly. The owner (or manager - im not sure) is VERY friendly and very attentive. He's the ideal bartender/service industry employee - and that's coming from a server. I've watch him comp and then replace (for free) a side that someone didn't like with no attitude. I've also watched a female bartender give excellent service to someone and get a NINE CENT tip in return. Needless to say, seems like it's the patrons, not the employees here, that are contributing to their own negative experiences. read more

Ever get a raw burger? Did you send it back? I did. It's VERY VERY rare I'll send something back maybe once a year. I understand mistakes happen. They RECOOKED the burger I sent back, I took a bite out of, the same burger that the waitress put her hands all over. They recooked and tried to serve that to me on a new bun, and new plate. Maybe this was okay practice pre-pandemic. Not in 2022. No apology, just an "I'll void it for you". I was disgusted. read more

While the service itself was great (both of the team members we dealt with were very friendly even at 8am), the food itself was a little disappointing. The Eggs Benedict dish I ordered looked great and had a good hollandaise sauce, but the eggs were far too overcooked and not runny at all. That kinda just pushed it down a notch by itself. The hash brown/casserole was also just ok and didn't really add much to the experience. I will never go here again! The waitress had the audacity to make a scene and said that people usually tip me more than this. How embarrassing and unprofessional. She's lucky I didn't grab the receipt out of her hand to make the tip $0. I wish I knew the name, but I will never come here again. Her phone case is black with a "B" and a heart in white lettering. The service was meh, it wasn't extraordinary or anything so I am not going to tip a lot for okay service. Here is the detailed narrative. She came over and put her chest on the table and said, "Can I ask if there was anything wrong with my service today?" I said, "No" and shook my head. Then, she held up the receipt and replied, "Well, I just wanted to let you know that people usually tip me more than this." I replied, "Okay" She waited a little longer and walked away. One of the newer spots in the bna airport- and as a Nashville native for 13 years, always happy to see some local, non chain restaurants putting down roots. We always walk down to eat at Three Casks in the airport even if it is out of the way. Their breakfast is better than any other in the airport AND you get real silverware instead of plastic. Popped into this airport restaurant/brewery yesterday because I caught a glance of somebody eating a delicious looking hamburger. Greeted and seated quickly at a bar table. My waitress was prompt and friendly and gave me a few recommendations for food as well a couple samples of beer. I ordered their soup which was surprisingly yummy. Definite better food than the usual airport restaurant. The entire service staff was really friendly. My one big and only complaint was their music-- all rap of some sort ( one song in particular was more than questionable). Everyone in the restaurant was more or less middle aged so the music was a complete mismatch. Rap music during a meal is just not enjoyable at all. Just go with the classics-- Stevie wonder, Rolling Stones, Aretha, kinks, Tom petty, Marvin gay, Santana, -- so much good music around why resort to music that is questionable and won't be remembered in a year? read more
