The displays make it easy to see the selection. When you walk in, the owner gives you a warm greeting. He's happy to walk through the cuts with you and talk about how they can be cooked. A quality of the meat that I have purchased have been excellent. Beef, chicken and pork were all great. The sausages are delicious, and I especially want to point out that the Texas red hot beef sausages, packed just the right amount of punch. I also really enjoyed the in-house cured pancetta.
