    I entered the store to purchase a tow ball hitch for my truck. Before taking the item outside, I…read morepolitely approached the register and asked the cashier if I could pay for it after checking whether it fit my truck in the parking lot directly in front of the store. The cashier agreed and told me, "Sure, you don't have to pay, just try it and if it doesn't fit bring it back in for the right size -- just don't steal it." I calmly responded, "I don't steal." She laughed and said, "No, not like that." However, as I was walking out the door, she loudly repeated again, "PLEASE DON'T STEAL!" At that point I turned around and told her not to do that because it was rude and humiliating to repeatedly accuse someone of stealing when I had done nothing wrong and had actually approached the register honestly to ask permission first. I looked around the store and did not hear her say anything remotely similar to any other customer during the time I was there. The experience was embarrassing, degrading, and honestly shocking. In this day and age, customers should not feel racially profiled or stereotyped while simply trying to make a purchase. I had never been inside a Tractor Supply before, and this interaction made me feel unwelcome and judged. Because I was in a rush and needed the hitch immediately to pick up a trailer, I returned inside and got into another line to complete the purchase. Another cashier asked how my day was going, and I responded honestly that it was not going well after being accused of stealing twice. He then informed me that he was the manager. I explained that employees should never speak to customers in that manner. Although he apologized, the response did not feel sincere because the behavior had already been ignored in the moment. I am requesting that this matter be taken seriously and that additional training be provided regarding racial profiling, professionalism, and respectful customer interactions. No customer should leave your store feeling belittled or publicly humiliated. I would appreciate a response regarding how this issue will be addressed. Then to top it off someone named Areanna sends me a message that I am a "liar" but has no picture on her profile so that I can see who is attempting to harass me. I was there with my daughter and that was exactly what happened so I advise the company to review the cameras and see who the liar really is. I don't accept online harassment of any kind so good try Areanna or whomever you are. I said what I said!

Which is why I would give this place a 4-4.5 star rating. This is the place I would go to purchase everything else for my kittens. Their variety in kitty litter are perfect, you have options in different cat food brands which is amazing because it's organized by brand name (just perfect) Their service is also great, I like that you can approach an employee and be helped and when your shopping around they don't bug you. I preferred it that way cause I can concentrate on what to get my cats. At the cashiers the employees I've encountered are super sweet and I haven't had any problems. If anyone has had issues with them it's because it's been provoked, treat employees shitty get shitty treatment back. But they were wonderful

I have a chunky longhaired chihuahua, asked for a trim and paid for extras like nail grind, tooth brush, etc. Waited until the 4.5 hour mark to call and check up on her, was told it would be another thirty to forty five minutes and they would ring me when she was ready. Okay, fine. I waited another hour and a half without getting a call, and decided that was enough. Get to the store (she's been here 6 hours at this point) and the groomer is just BARELY starting on her haircut. So wtf have you been doing with my dog this entire time? The groomer tells me 20 more minutes, she'd just gotten off her lunch break. I wait another hour in store before they're finished, and I am infuriated. No apologies, just excuse after excuse. "Oh the groomer is new, oh we're busy today, oh your dog needed extra attention for some matting she had". Bull. They charge me $86 and by the time I get home, I realize that she still has matting in her coat, her nails have not been trimmed, and her teeth have not been brushed. So what the actual f did I pay for and wait 7.5 hours for? Not to mention, the dogs are stuck in cages the entire time they're back there and have no choice but to urinate and defecate in these cages since they're not being taken out. God awful experience. Don't use Kara, don't use this location period. I'll be finding my dog a new groomer that's actually capable of doing their work in a timely manner.

It was the first time in a long time that…read morehe's been in for a grooming appointment and I was extremely worried about him being to reactive, hard to handle, etc but when he went in and was serviced by Monse, he seemed to have had a great time and she did a lovely job as well!! I relayed my anxiety about leaving him there for a few hours and she assured me she will do the best she can and if anything goes wrong to give me a call right away. Thankfully, that wasn't necessary and within 2 hours he was ready for pick up. His haircut came out great and he seemed so happy and confident coming out so I know he was treated well! I'd definitely recommend booking here with Monse for your pups next grooming service.

Never complained about him…read more My dog has bad anxiety around other dogs so she had always suggested that I make sure he's the first appt of the morning so he's on the table by himself before the other dogs. I did this and Ashley wasn't available so I booked with Madi. She was late arriving and rude. She did let me know that she would work on him first to get him out ahead of the other dogs... I called back 3 hours later and they tell me that he won't be ready for another 2 hours.... His appointment was at 8AM & they call me at 1PM to tell me that he's ready. 5 HOUR APPOINTMENT. When I go to pick up Madi doesn't say a word to me and had someone else hand me my dog. Then they charged me an extra $10 "handling fee" because they needed an extra person to hold him while on the table. He's a pretty small dog and if she had started him at 8AM (when his appt was) before any other dogs came in it wouldn't have taken so long. I will never go back to this groomers now. Sad because we loved Ashley.
