This is the second pet store I've been to other than Petsmart and tells the scale. This bus bar is my first or second favorite pet store in the whole antelope Valley Rosita, didn't amazing job showing you where everything was and getting my lights for me. Update: Apparently the owners must be upset with my original review, which is this one posted. They flagged my review so Yelp removed it after being posted a year & a half ago. Like seriously? The owners need to learn how to take criticism. They are responsible for their actions, if they don't like people writing bad reviews, they should learn some respect and treat customers right. Don't loose customers over being greedy. If my review continues to get deleted, I will continue to post it. It's not ok to try and hide the way you treat your customers. Where should I start with this ghetto & greedy store. I went in today for a collar & a dog tag, They have this young uneducated girl working by herself. The whole time she's helping me out she's calling the owner asking how to do the engraving on the dog tag, on how to cancel an order & the list goes on! Clearly no one has trained this girl on how to run the store. I ignored it simply because she was new. On my way home I noticed the name on the tag was actually engraved on the wrong side, I called the store and let the young lady know she actually put the name on the wrong side! Her answer was "Ok bring it in so I can make you a new one"...! She calls me back to let me know the owner said I'm wrong and she's not giving me a new tag because there's nothing wrong with the one I have. I take my happy self back to the store & My response to what the owner had to say was Either I get a new tag or I want my money back. They have the owner on speaker phone she's yelling at me talking about your not getting your money back your wrong, Leave are store or come back on Monday. Come back on Monday for what? I let the young lady know I have nothing to talk to the owner about, She made the mistake & was supposed to correct it. Apparently the owner didn't like he fact that I didn't want to speak to her so she said she'll be on her way shortly. I waited & waited finally 2 cars pull up ha! Surprise The whole family shows up (The Mother, Father & Daughter) By their demeanor I can tell they were ready to Argue, 1st person I speak to was the fat daughter she didn't let me explain anything right of the bat she tells me your not getting a new tag or your money back so leave the store or I'm calling the cops ha! Always trying to intimidate someone with the cops like we care. Mind you this is all over a $12.00 tag that their employee messed up nothing I did wrong. 2nd person to literally get in my face was the old man, He started yelling acting like a female trying argue, I'm laughing because I'm trying to explain ONCE AGAIN they are WRONG. 3rd Person to get loud just to try to prove a point was the Mom by the looks of it I can see where the daughter got her messed up attitude from. She had the nerve to talk to me like I was stupid. They were all rude as hell All standing around me yelling. Whatever happen to the Customer is always RIGHT? THESE PEOPLE MAKE ME SICK. It's obvious they didn't want to loose out on $12.00 DOLLARS wow. I can find my dogs food here, unlike at PetSmart or PetCo. Not only can I find my dogs food here, they carry other top brands like Orjen and Orjen's Acana line. After having troubles on 3 occasions with Chewy I decided to actually go through with my threat of them losing a customer. Not only can I find my dogs food, I can get it same day unlike when Chewy did not deliver on their 2 day delivery and depending on the bags some are between 2-5 cheaper than Chewy. Not everything is on the cheaper side, I still tend to get things from PetSmart, Walmart, and other stores. What matters most to me is knowing that my dogs won't be left without food because a company can't deliver on their promise. read more

hi, i'm leaving this review for the ones that own frenchie especially expensive ones i have a merle fluffy male almost a year old, he's a very happy puppy loving and always loved his eating his food, he eats VICTOR brand blue bag when we bought him they were giving him that so we didn't wanna switch food so we kept buying him victor brand food got him a 60 pound bag that lasted almost 5 months he's very tiny and eats small portions. about a week and half ago we ran out and had to buy more we bought a 5 pound one we did hear about the SALMONELLA going on with the brand VICOTR so we ask the own from this place if she can recommend anything else cause me and my husband were considered about it and she claimed that in another state there was only found 1 bag with SALMONELLA. i felt someone weird with my dog at first he did eat it fine and he did have diarrhea i thought my self that it was cause the cold cause he's very sensitive. but when the next day came he did not want to eat at all! and now my dog has diarrhea i'm leave a picture down below i'm leaving this review for the ones that buy food there to be carful and not trust people word for it. i will be coming down there today to see what happens. read more

Came for the first time and had a great experience. I needed specific vitamins and food for my dog and the woman helping me knew exactly what I needed and explained to me the benefits of everything and all the ingredients. All my questions were answered and I was treated great. I'd go here before I'd go to any Petsmart or Petco. read more

We have been going to this store since it first open several months ago. We were really excited because they were not far from our home and they had some neat items for dogs. We have been loyal customers from day one, purchasing all of our dog and cat supplies there. The prices were better in some cases and we received adequate customer service. They have a program with some of the foods that if you purchase so many bags of dry food you get a free bag. We have been buying the same food for months now and as of Sunday that was the 5th bag of food we purchased. The guy helping us first could only find one card that only reflected 1 bag purchased. Then he found another card that had another bag purchase plus the one we bought that day, so there were 3 bags (none on the same card) but he could not explain why that was the case or where our other purchases were. So we were not getting credit for the 2 of the 5 bags. Then after he rings up our purchase and I pay for it, we realized the price was rather high. We reviewed the receipt to find that we were over Charged for the dog food. The food is clearly marked on sale for $39.99 and in addition they had a coupon for $5.00 dollars off taped to the bag. So when we walked out of there we should have been paying $32.99 plus tax. We were charged $47.99, and then he removed the $5.00 for the coupon but still never gave us the sale price as it was listed. So we went back in to get a refund for the amount to find out he was not authorized to give refunds and was told we would have to come back the next day. He stated the owner was there Monday through Friday and she would be able to assist. Being they are open until 6:30pm I figured that meant she would be there all day. Since i work from 9am to 6pm we went right after work to find the owner had already left and the girl closing also did not have authorization to provide refunds. I was told again that I would have to come back. So I took time off work to go over and see the owner personally. I get to the store and the owner was in the back, did not even bother to come out and have a conversation with us. Instead we discussed it with her daughter. She told us that it was that we had a choice to either get the sale price of $39.99 or the $5.00 off the regular price of $47.99. Now first of all, who in their right mind would take the $5 over a sale price of $39.99? And if this was an option for the customer then A. Why was I not offered the option and B. why was it not posted that, that is the way it was designed. Any other store that has an item listed with a sale price and an additional coupon both are applied to the purchase. Not here apparently you get one or the other and they decided which one it is. That's clear by the fact I was never offered an option and was charged the full cost of the item minus the $5 coupon. Then to top it off, I explained clearly that this needed to be resolved or they would be losing a customer. The response we received was "OK". So I never received the difference in cost and now they have lost a loyal customer. I will take our business to a store that stands by what they sell and the prices they list. For a business that told us on a couple of occasions to tell our friends and family about them because they needed more customers; they surely won't receive any recommendations from us. We fully believe in supporting small businesses but not ones that take advantage of their customers. Just note your better off finding a Pet Store that is not going to be dishonest. read more

This pet store is dirty and crowded no space to walk with your dog. The owner is rude and only seems to watch your every move when your looking around I felt very uncomfortable. Everything is overpriced and the worst part is the poor betta fishes, The least they can do is keep them clean! I do not recommend this pet store to anyone. read more

This place has a good selection of food but I would say that's about it... The location is not in a good spot. I won't even go here alone since most times I've gone theres guys hanging out outside, and once it appeared they were drinking. The reptiles in the back of the store, yes theres reptiles back there, are NOT taken care of! Their cages are dirty, no food, no water, poop everywhere! We also joined that program where you buy 10 bags of dog food and you get the 11th free.. We usually buy 2 bags at a time, and have gone at least 5 times. Yesterday we purchased just 1 and she said it was bag #5... Umm, ok... After that, I saw her written signs asking for a Yelp review, so here it is. We won't be going back to her. read more
