Stopped by after work with some colleagues and it was just perfect. The speciality cocktails rock and our server was the best. A hometown local feel with the professionalism but the classiness of a fine cocktail. Cheers!

My first experience with Three of Strong Spirits was when my husband brought home a growler fill of mojito. It was the most amazing discovery ever! I physically visited with my dad on Father's Day. It's a cool spot that reminds me of places in Portland, Oregon because of the warehouse/open garage bay vibe. They have outdoor, indoor and bar seating so you've got options. We sat at the bar because I find you get the best service when sitting at any bar. The staff was friendly and great about recommending certain things depending on what you like. Note, Three of Strong is a Rum and Gin distillery and they do not have a full bar. The menu has a lot of options for different tastes and drink preferences such as on the rocks, up, etc. We ended up ordering a drink that was described as being their version of a painkiller. I knew it would be sort of pina colada-esqe so I figured my dad would like it. He trusted me and ended up loving it. I also got a growler of mojito to go and another prepared mixed drink to go. Definitely visit for a tour or a cocktail flight.

Fun spot to hang with friends and have some seasonal drinks. Staff is super friendly and willing to recommend a drink for your taste buds.

Tonight we enjoyed a mixology class at Three of Strong with Crystal - she is knowledgeable, witty and forthcoming with information. She had us prepare two cocktails of the same kind with different twists - traditional Martinique style - then her style of the drink with lime and a white limited addition Rum called Working Title - a new release of Three of Strong. Crystal answers all our groups questions with detail and information that was valuable take always. I think we will join her for another evening of mixology with Rum !!

The tonic completely obliterated the gin. The egg nog needs badly to be strained (there's seemed to be curdles in it) & worst of the 4 drinks was the rum cider drink advertised as *served hot* which we were told would be a few minutes to warm up. Served less than room temperature with a coagulated layer of butter on top (the butter costs extra so I guess I'm glad I can see it?). They were friendly, nice space. One star for each of those but zero for the drinks.

Great local meeting spot! Warm and friendly environment, great spirits and impressive layout. Worth checking out whether you're a local or just passing through.

Just left this brand new distillery and I want to shout it's praises from the rooftops. The location is great, near a host of breweries including Rising Tide, and the building is gorgeous with garage doors that open up to the outside. There's outdoor seating (which is dog friendly), but you feel like you're outside even when indoors because of the open wall. The space is beautifully designed and has a gorgeous wall mural by Sylvi of Portland Hunt and Alpine. Crystal did an incredible job with chatting us up at the bar and making ridiculously good rum cocktails. Everything looked better than the next, and we found ourselves sad that we only had time to try one drink each. We'll certainly be back to work through the rest of the menu. Today we had the Berry Me Naked which had an amazing strawberry fennel jam component, and the Take Two in the Morning which had 5x cold-brew and was much lighter than expected. Both drinks were the perfect combination of drink elements and very refreshing on a hot summer day. The food menu looks amazing as well and I can't wait to come back and sample some things like the rum-pulled pork taco. They are beginning to distill their first batch of rum right now, and are more than willing to give you a tour if you ask, which is so nice. The grand opening will officially be in August, but you wouldn't know that they just opened two days ago with how smoothly things run. Do yourself a favor and get over there NOW.

I really enjoyed this addition to the East Bayside alcohol establishments. I got the Painkiller which was phenomenal and my husband got the Old Fashioned which was made with a pineapple rum and it really hit the spot. They haven't had their grand opening yet so it was really a crowd of people who know the owner and just one bartender on staff. Looking forward to coming back as they grow. I think this place will be a hit.

Amazing food and extremely happy people! As a non-rum drinker, this place has very dry, whiskey-like aged rum which I appreciate

Great place to hang and they make all their stuff in house. Plus, they offer $5 bottomless popcorn.

Incredible drinks and even better people! Less busy than the rest of Fox St, which is nice. This has become one of my new favorites!

The lemon sole (fish) and octopus carpaccio (not pictured) were filled with flavor! The pork belly was very underwhelming and I would not order again. The waiter said 2-4 plates per person. I recommend starting on the lower end and adding additional dishes based on how you're feeling. The amount of food was very different from dish to dish. For example the tuna dip had way too much bread and the pork belly was very small in size. Overall I was half impressed. I wish the staff would take a moment to announce the plate as it's placed next to you or point it out on the menu for those hard of hearing and wanting to know what they are about to enjoy. However the music, overall restaurant vibe and half the dishes exploding with flavor made my experience pleasant and I will return again knowing a bit more of what to expect and looking at photos of the menu/meal options beforehand.
