Came to Three Sisters last weekend for a friend's get together. We couldn't make a reservation but still showed up with 10 people and were seated right away. Some of us got drinks and we started with a few appetizers. Overall I thought the food was just alright tho. From the dish names i would have expected it to be a really great. The banana pepper crunch rolls were really good. I got the pan-seared chicken which is a red sauce pasta dish with chicken on top and mozzarella melted on top. It came out in a cute dish with 2 small pieces of garlic bread sticks. The one thing that was fantastic was our waitress. She was very patient and accommodating with our large group. She also offered to split the check up so it was easier for us. Many other places refuse to with a group over 6 or so. She was happy to do it and got it all correct! Upon my first visit to Niagara Falls, I visited this establishment with a close friend for dinner. The food and drink were fabulous! The Braised Short Ribs with Mac and Cheese were the best I ever tasted! I would order it again sooner than later if I visit again. Came in with moderate expectations...nothing special. I ordered the Pasta Fagioli as a starter, and it was delicious! Unfortunately, this was the lone bright spot of the day. The Manchego and Prosciutto sandwich was awful. The prosciutto was cut entirely too thick, which made the sandwich impossible to bite or chew. On top of that, the aioli was so abundant that I could barely hold the sandwich, and I went through five napkins just on the sandwich alone. The finale for me were the onion rings, which looked appetizing, but they ended up being mostly raw inside and flavorless to boot. As a last warning, it's apparent that requesting a non-smoking table doesn't make a difference, as I could smell smoke from the mostly non-existent diners throughout my meal. Everything is always just fine. I usually end up having breakfast here after a free night in the casino so my standards aren't that high for it. The 2 egg breakfast is $10 and includes toast, potatoes, 2 eggs any style and choice of meat. You can get the breakfast without meat for $8. The service is generally friendly and efficient. The decor is nice and makes you feel welcome. You can also apply your players club points to the cost of your breakfast so that $10 can be even less if you've played a little in the casino. read more

Our server was very very nice but the Hostess would walk away when people arrived. Some people didn't get seated until 15-35 minutes later even though the restaurant was empty. Diner food in a hotel setting is what I would describe this place as. The waiter did not introduce himself or talk about the specials. After we ordered we noticed a card on the table with specials for Burger Month. It would have been nice to know about that! Onion rings and fries were very typical. I don't even think the fries had salt. French onion soup had a different taste to it. I think they put wine in it. I was not a fan. BLT was something your mom could make at home. Same thing with the reuben. Steak and the burger were pretty good and the portions were big, but overall disappointing service and disappointing meal! read more

This was honestly the best breakfast I've had in my life. I had the Biscuit and Sausage Gravy which came with eggs and toast. I also had a short stack of pancakes with Nutella spread and real maple syrup. Our waitress was all business at first which kinda came off the wrong way. But she lightened up and was very helpful. We went here 3 times during our stay at the hotel .. The first night I had a pot roast that was excellent. The next two days we had breakfast. Went to three sisters cafe around 3:30pm before a massage. Ordered the mushroom soup which tasted like canned cream of mushroom. Then I ordered the chicken svolaki salad.. Which I ate solely because I was starving. The "pita" was toasted flatbread you can buy at a grocery store in the bread aisle that I have in my cabinet for sandwhichs. Then the taziki was sour cream and huge chunks of cucumber. The onions were white onions which should have been red. It just kind of sucked. Staff took forever to get us drinks and our change. Me: Why is it on the menu if you don't serve it? It's now just poutine not Montreal poutine. Waitress: Previous customers didn't care for the meat. Been going to casino for ten years BUT service and quality of food is going down very fast. Had breakfast but got no cream served with coffee. Eggs, toast and home fries were cold. Bacon was warm. Came here around 10 PM on a Sunday for a late dinner. Our food was very good, as was my Milky Way cocktail. However, our waitress had a somewhat strange and weird demeanor. First, she barked at my boyfriend, demanding to know where he was going when he walked away from the table to find a bathroom. She hadn't even come to our table yet to introduce herself. Love this place. i've been going here since it opened. The turkey dinner with candied sweet potatos and cranberry sauce is excellent. Watch out for the nasty bartender named Mike. Not a huge fan of this place although there are some dishes that are ok like their chicken wings and burgers although their blue cheese for the wings is horrible. It's also ok for eggs but their home fries are tasteless and the steak is not good at all. So if you're at the casino late or into the early morning you can always go there for a bite to eat but stick with the wings, burgers or eggs!! read more

Went here hoping that the menu might actually be based on the three sisters -- corn, squash and beans -- but there were only a few token dishes; the rest of the menu was pizza, salads, burgers and specialty entrees (the latter available only after 4pm). Service was attentive but neglected to mention that they were no longer serving the pizza section of their menu. DO NOT EAT HERE-- Air was thick with smoke which irritated my sick daughter's throat. The Mediterranean Pasta was absolutely disguisting looked like pasta drenched in premade sauce that they did not even bother to heat up. The service was horribly slow and my daughter was coughing and gagging due to both her illness and the smell of the smoke so I requested the bill immediately, after 10 minutes the waitress still had not picked it up, so I physically walked the bill up and requested to be rang up as soon as possible and even pointed to my ill daughter and they STILL took 15 minutes after that. Worst part is, there was little to no rush. I suggest the little cafe right across, their prepackaged subs are like none other and their hot chocolate was the only thing my daughter would have during her fever. read more

I have been to three sisters many times. Yesterday afternoon was absolutely the worst ever! The server was unprofessional and/or improperly trained. I ordered french onion soup and an order of wings. My soup was placed in front of me...the bowl was on a large plate which had a huge about of soup spilled on it...I looked at the server who responded "is there a problem". I said yes there's almost as much soup on the plate as there is in the bowl. She responded that she tripped coming out of the kitchen....um ok...so why did she not return to the kitchen for a clean plate and refill the bowl? She took the soup back to the kitchen...the wings were brought to me by the once again rude server...who said I knew you were going to have a problem with me brining the wings before the soup remade...clearly I think anyone would. On to the wings...very small maybe from a piegeon? not crispy as ordered and they were swimming in a puddle of grease. The sauce aka grease had no flavor whatsoever. The wings were $12! The soup was $7! I ate only three wings and pushed the remainder to the other side of the table. Out comes the soup which I refused and requested it be removed from my check. The server was once again rude when I apparently was taking too long to produce my license which is necessary to use your comps (I had my hand in my purse at the time). I paid the bill with the points on my card and called the manager over to my table. The manager was great...the only reason I gave 2 stars...she promptly put back the points on my players card, apologized and said she would speak to the server. I for the first time ever did not leave a tip for a server. I am always a good tipper but I felt no guilt as the server was rude from the start. Here's hoping that she's properly trained or moves on and let's hope they get some new cooks. read more
