Front entrance, massage chairs & clean nail shop.

I've driven at least 15-20 min away from home to get my pedicure & I finally took a chance to try this shop that's 2 min from my house. I came in to get a pedicure, I chose the luxury pedicure $45 with gel (an additional $15). My Nail lady's name is, Gee She is amazing, cleaned me up well & asked me lots of question to get to know me. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a good quality pedicure. It is very clean inside the shop, massage chair is comfy, & they offer you an option of drinks when you sit.

From the moment I walked in the door I was treated kindly. The owner Johnny greeted me and knew exactly what I needed when I showed him my nails. I Don't live in this area I was walking by after dropping kids off at Adventure city! This was a blessing to stumble upon! I needed the excellent service from Chi & Tammy! I went in last minute yesterday for a pedicure and full set. The service was amazing. I was greeted with kindness and respect from the moment I entered the door. They were kind and made me feel like family. Tammy did my nails and Terri did my pedicure. They both were attentive, sweet, and provided an awesome service. I love my nails and feet. I walked in this Nail shop around my area and i will absolutely be coming back here again . Right away when i came to the shop i was greeted and treated respectfully with a nice welcoming as a first time customer . Chi who did my toes and included 2 acrylic nails ( the big toe only ) and since i have been insecure about my feet , many other nail shops have chosen to decline me or want extra money from me for my tiny toes . Chi is incredibly honest and i love her for that , telling me that the big toe is the one that pops out the most and the rest of my toes are fine . Overtime sitting around Johnny who is incredibly amazing always catered to my need asking if i needed any drinks . And when it came to me asking if i should add gold and silver on top of my flower gem and he was honest and gave me the best i could ask for. Love it here and will for sure be coming again

Had a lovely time during my visit while getting gel manicure. Called ahead of time to book an appointment which went smoothly and all my questions were answered. Three-Sixty Nail Bar is located in a plaza with several other stores but there's plenty of parking options right outside. The inside has a clean and modern vibe with fun music blasting. They have plenty of options to choose from which are organized nicely against the wall. There's plenty of colors to chose from and a cute book that displays color options as well. Cindy was detailed and attentive throughout. She made sure to double check that everything was to my liking and was very sweet, she even brought me water to stay hydrated. I asked for a little adjustment on one of the details for my nails and she had no problems adjusting it to my liking. I appreciated her care for my nails and will definitely be coming back! They currently have a promo for their grand opening month which runs until Oct 11, 2022. This gets you 25% off cash payments and 20% off card payments!

Super disappointed with my first visit at Three Sixty Nail Bar. I went to Nhu for years at the Pro Cypress location and always loved my nails. Returning from college, I had heard they moved so I decided to give them a call asking for a full set. Johnny is always super kind and mentioned that Nhu wasn't in the day I wanted to go but mentioned her cousin was available if I wanted to go with her. The service took an hour and a half and before walking out I was pretty happy. I thought they were a bit too thin, but overall was satisfied. I was charged $73 which I do think is a bit excessive considering the length and design. Upon leaving the salon I noticed almost every single one of my nails was crooked and was super upset. I should have checked before leaving the salon so I guess you could say it was my own fault. Five days after getting a full set while doing regular activities my nail snapped off and I then realized how thin they really were. I proceeded to take off the rest of my set which unbelievably popped off easier than press on nails and took five minutes with no damage to my natural nails as the acrylic was laid so thin. Like I mentioned earlier, Johnny has been nothing but kind to me and Nhu has always done a great job. Yes, they are a bit pricey but I was always willing to pay because of their great quality of work. I am disappointed that the other tech I saw is not held to this same standard, but the same price tag came with her. Sad to say I most likey will not be returning.

Went in for a gel x set and pedicure and ended up getting dip powder extensions ($65) instead of gel x due to my reference photo. Great simple pedicure for $25. Definitely recommend this place and will be coming back!

I barely just left but had to run to Yelp to leave a review. I loved it here. Super easy to make an appointment. I just called and got a great time/day. I even got there a little early and they were able to take me early. Cathy was fantastic! She took her time to help me pick the perfect colors. She also really took her time making sure I loved the length and shape. I didn't feel rushed like some nail places can be. I couldn't find anything online about prices. Mine came out to $65. I hope this helps you decide to come here because I was definitely nervous going in and not knowing the pricing lol. But it was super affordable with great results. I will definitely be back!

I came here the other day just before work because I remembered that my friend posted about this spot! I called and they took me in right away! When I arrived Kenny greeted me and offered me something to drink! I got a pedicure with Nikki and my acrylics with Cathy! Cathy is very detailed with her work and is very fun to talk to! She made sure I liked the colors and length! Nikky was amazing with the pedicure and gives the best pedicures! I'll definitely be coming back! The whole experience was so nice and they are very welcoming!

Decor is simple and clean. Plenty of parking in the front. Prices are very reasonable. They have many colors to choose from. Since I was in a rush, I opted for a quick gel manicure. The woman who did my nails was really friends. She took really good care of my nails and was gentle throughout the whole process. I noticed she made a small mistake on one of the nails and immediately fixed it without me having to ask, which is good. Tells me she's very attentive. Highly recommend everyone checking this place out. They currently have a promotion. 20% off for card payments and transaction fees, but if you pay cash, you'll get 25% off!!

Don't know how I never noticed this place! Went in Sunday morning, place was clean and the staff was friendly. Sat with Nikky who did a great job, I was going to do a design but my nails looks so sleek and shiny when Nikky was done w the color. I'm happy.

I was in need of a fill, I walked in with no appt and they were so sweet! The hospitality was 11/10 not only to me but to my boyfriend who tagged along. Offered us drinks of different options and made sure we were doing good literally the minute we walked in. The salon itself was very clean and esthetically beautiful. Cathy is the one who worked on my nails, she was quick and efficient and I loved her sense of humor will definitely be going back!! I paid with credit card but they had signs for some money off if you paid with cash which I thought was amazing just FYI!

This spot is a little hole in the wall that just opened up near me so I had to check it out. It's very modern and clean and the owner and workers were super friendly. Mimi did my nails and was patient in understanding what design I wanted. Unfortunately though, one of my nails already broke off and it's only been a week. I will go again for a pedicure next time. I believe her name was Jenny Worst experience in my life... Got short white tip with cuticle remover as add on There is lifting, lint in the powder, they are all bulky around, the corner of the tip was sticking out already, I expressed respectfully and with a respectful tone to her my concern and if she can fix it. She said if they broke to go back. I have never felt so bad for wanting something fix that I was paying for. I been limited on time so it's rare pampering myself and this experience really upset me. Another worker noticed the flaws and wanted to fix for me but as I said I was limited on time. Again I'm in no way wanting to harm this business because the worker was at fault I'm just venting on my experience with my nail tech today. I kept my composure and expressed everything in a respectful tone and with manners but her being so defensive and insinuating that I was lying about expressing it to her is not okay. read more

I'm always skeptical about trying newly opened shops, I'm glad I took the risk on three-sixty! I came in a few days ago for a full set for a wedding I'm attending and I'm beyond impressed. Annie was attentive and made sure that I loved the shape, color and length. She made sure to match the color I was looking for and just did an amazing job. I returned today for a pedicure and I'm quite picky when it comes to pedicures. I got the three sixty pedicure and it did not disappoint! The BEST pedicure I have EVER had! No one has ever been able to make me completely relax and Fani did! I normally watch every step but not this time. Kenneth the owner is such a sweet person and took the time to talk to me about the salon and the products that are used. It makes me feel good knowing I am using a more organic product! He shared that he tests out what he puts in his salon. It's so refreshing to find a salon that cares about their clients. I will definitely be back! read more

Today was my first time at this nail bar. I called and they were able to get me in within ten minutes. The salon is very nice and clean. They have beautiful decor that makes the place look super luxurious. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The owner checked us in and offered my husband and I drinks. Nikky did my pedicure. She was so sweet and did an awesome job! (Also gives great massages lol) Kenny did my dip powder set which came out perfect. He really took his time and made sure I liked the shape and color. I'm a little disappointed considering that this nail bar had great reviews and five star ratings. Customer service was amazing. Right when you enter (I believe he was the owner) he was very cheerful and welcoming. He offered me something to drink right away and told me who was going to be attending to me. I asked for acrylic, almond shaped nails and I showed the design I wanted. When she had finished my nails I thought they looked great! The shape, size and colors were perfect. When I got home I started to look at them more and they already look like they are lifting and I need a fill. I rarely get my nails done, but the times I do; I believe they are suppose to push the cuticles back and cut them, clean them up. But I don't think they look cleaned up . They did give me $5 off my total amount. I ended up paying $70 for my nails and that's not including the tip I left. My nails are less then 24 hours old. read more

I have tried so many nail salons, all over OC and so far this one has to be one of my top choices. Kenny is amazing! The shape of the nails are great. There is no thick bumpiness in the paint the nails them self are flat, and his line work is amazing 10/10 recommend this place and 10/10 recommend booking with Kenny!!! read more

I wanted to love this place. The people were so welcoming and nice, they had a great color selection. Before trying this place I've gone to the same nail salon for ten years, decided to try here because it was closer to home and I ended up getting a nail infection after my manicure here. Sucks so bad, or I'd give it 5 stars if it didn't happen. read more

Customer service was great and the nail salon was clean and nice. But, my gel manicure did start peeling after 1 week so that is unfortunate as I do normal tasks that shouldn't cause peeling after 6 days. I wanted to like the place as it was close and convenient but will likely not return. read more

What a new gem! Had the best pedicure experience ever. Don't judge by the location, the inside of this place is beautiful! The cleanest salon. Plenty of spots, owner is super nice! Offered complimentary drinks and addressed me by name. Fenny did my toes & fixed my ingrown nails. Pricing is fair. Pedicure chairs are updated and have built in remotes for the massage. Did they change ownership? I went two weeks ago, and it was people I haven't ever seen, and Nikky was gone. Been coming since October, and they didn't even take card anymore and completely new staff. Super confusing and quality of work not great

He always makes sure I'm 100% happy with my nails before I leave. Holly is my absolute go-to for pedicures. Between her and Ken, I always leave feeling relaxed, taken care of, and refreshed. The salon itself is always clean, the music and atmosphere are such a vibe, and I love that they always offer a drink (I never say no--their white wine always sets the mood for me). I genuinely look forward to their new colors and releases, and I trust them completely with my nails. When I pointed out that the flowers were supposed to be pink and purple, she appeared frustrated about having to redo them. I apologized for the misunderstanding and explained that I thought the white was just the base color that would be painted over. After that, I felt uncomfortable with how my service was handled. While doing my cuticle work, the technician nicked my skin twice, and toward the end of the service seemed to be digging the cuticle cutter into my fingers more aggressively. I brought the cuts to management's attention before leaving. I also had concerns about the pricing. My total was $122, and I was told I was receiving a $7 discount, bringing the total to $115. However, the salon advertises a cash discount, and when I offered to pay cash, I was told I could not receive the cash discount because I was already receiving the $7 discount from fingers being cut. This was confusing and did not feel transparent. To be fair, I do like how my nails turned out, and I tipped both technicians because I appreciated the work that was done. However, customer service and professionalism are just as important as the final result. I have experienced similar issues here before, and after this visit I don't feel comfortable returning. I've included photos of the cuts on my fingers as well as the finished nails so others can make their own judgment. I also included a photo from a previous time my cuticle was cut that I brought to their attention which hurt very bad and received a $5 discount.

Tracy wanted to charge extra for nail cutting during an acrylic fill. I have been doing my nails for years, and never have I been charged for that. Not to mention my nails didn't even need to be cut much. Maybe a centimeter or two since they were already short to begin with. I agreed to pay the extra for nail cutting just so she could continue, but I could tell she was upset since I questioned her pricing. To break the awkwardness, I was just playing on my phone. Texting my friend, checking on my son's baby monitor etc. Tracy then blindly accused me of posting on yelp, yelling at me saying I'm trying to ruin her business, that I will have bad luck because I'm doing this, etc. I told her I wasn't on yelp at all and she just continued to yell and scold me. It was crazy. I could tell she creates such a toxic work place for her workers. I hope the very sweet pedicure lady finds new employment. She was extremely kind and gentle to me. How they have so many positive reviews is beyond me. If you take time to scroll, you can see they also have multiple negative reviews due to hygiene issues, causing infections, appointment issues, customer service issues, and others who have had issues with Tracy directly. There are also tons of fake yelp reviews that yelp does not recommend. You can access those at the very bottom. Reviews from accounts that have no other reviews and no yelp friends. I debated on whether or not I was going to post this, but nobody deserves to be treated the way Tracy treated me based on a blind assumption. Please think twice about coming here. For your physical health and your mental health.

They'll rush your manicure even though you called ahead of time to make an appointment for the walkins that come in for them to make more money because they're greedy here. You get what you pay for here and that's why they have "deals" Monday-Wednesday for 4 hours. Every time I went in some poor lady would come back upset because her nails broke 2 days later after getting her manicure or within 5 days. They'll blame you every time for it too. Their facility is not clean at all and the restroom there will confirm it. Their nail products are old and expired as well. They'll play nice until they get called out for their lack of consistent work and blame you for the nails not lasting long when it really is all about how they prepped your nails. You're not saving money if you're having to go back every week and you're better off paying an additional 20 dollars for a longer lasting manicure.

I buy Disney gift cards at target with my target card for 5% off and the grand California hotel valet parking (normally $75) is complimentary with $125 or $175 service (no tram or walking). They are thoughtful and full of sweet touches, from the Disney piano music offered during my signature massage to their phone call a few days after the service when I was trying to buy their sold out arnika lotion in the gift shop. They had found it online and wanted to let me know where to buy it. The locker room is luxurious with lots of amenities, including 2 showers (they have on-wall shampoo/conditioner/body wash), 3 bathroom stalls, 1 steam room, oodles of lockers which have your robe and rubber slipper shoes and space to put all your stuff during your treatment, and all of the self-care goodies near the 2 sinks (mouthwash, body lotion, makeup remover, hair spray and gel, clean combs and brushes, an aromatherapy machine) as well as flavored water. They use nice towels to dry your hands, and they have body towels if you take a shower. The lounge space is co-ed, with loungers, chairs, 2 flavored waters, 2 types of small bite-size pastries (blueberry bread and cranberry orange scones), and they offered me hot tea. The wall nearby appears to be stained-glass. Wowsers, what an experience. It's absolutely worth it. Spend the money on yourself, indulge, and you will never regret it.
