That's when I met Kat the store manager, who was very patient and understanding and let me get my few items the one time. She was very empathetic and patient and gracious. We did see some good deals on fruits and vegetables but they definitely don't have everything. Still pretty cheap though. Only bad part is that there isn't any alcohol there. Which is interesting because I'm sure businesses need alcohol unless it's something with their licensing. Overall, it was definitely less busy as regular Costco. They just don't have samples.

The layout is intuitive, and similar in organization as other Costcos. What really stands out is the parking lot here. The entire entrance has barricades all around it - making it safe to navigate, unlike other Costcos in the area (looking at you Garden Grove!). With the new executive hour from 9am to 10am - I'm able to zip in, grab my stuff, pay and get out well before the floodgates open up to the masses. Employees seem happier too during the early-access hour, although salmon poke isn't available this early. Food Court is located on the outside - to the right of the entrance. Gas station is here as well - but it's always chaotic unless you come in the early morning or right before closing. With the revamped gas station (with wider aisles) over at the Garden Grove Costco - might be worth going there to fill up.

One person, Toby, the sweet exit auditor stands out. I have done self checkout for a while because it's fast and fun. At exit Toby has found me with an unscanned item once over the years. She also has found me with a double scanned item once. For each I was thankful. Of course each of those was an accidental error on my part. Toby handled each situation for me politely, quickly and efficiently.

They also carry sweatshirts, sweats, leggings, and beanies, along with accessories like earrings, piercings, and keychains. There's even a changing room with two stalls so you can try things on, which I've used in the past. Customer service has never been an issue for my family and I, staff are always helpful and the shopping experience is easy. I found a new promo for Kogi k bbq sauce and teriyaki. I know Kogi chef for Taco truck a long time ago. This brand Kogi got so popular in LA area. Now the Costco is selling Kogi K bbq sauce. I have my own fave brand from major Korean brand Kotchujang. I didn't buy it today. The Costco had lots of korean items since last year. Ramen, Kimchi, seaweed papers, kotchujang sauce, ddeokbboki, Red ginseng drink, Soju w a variety of fruit flavors, and korean skin care products. I know korean brands are premium, taste great, reliable, safe to use korean skincare products. Hopefully the Costco has more korean products.
