He determined that we needed to replace the blower motor and capacitor. He had both parts his truck and installed them while he was there. The whole repair only took a couple of hours. He also came by a couple days later to replace a broken piece of duct that he'd noticed while he was fixing the air handler! Eric was very friendly and professional and proud of his work. I can not imagine how painful they are to deal with if they are not expecting a $20,000+ check from you. I needed a complete HVAC replacement so major payday for them. I just needed someone to give me a recommendation and an estate. Set an appointment for noon the next day. On the day of they called told me it was going to be more like 12:30. Then around 12:30 they called and said it would be 1:30. As it got close to 1:30 they called and asked for 2:00. I told them 2:00 was as late as I could wait. At 2:00 they called and told me he was on his way and would be there in 15. Now I am going to be late for my other commitments. At 2:15 the guy calls and tells me he is only NOW leaving and it will be 40 min. To their credit they were VERY polite and, unlike a lot of places, were appropriately embarrassed and apologetic for the mistakes. So I was impressed there, but when you just keep making mistakes and fail to make good on every commitment there is really no option so canceled and called another company.

Air Care got back to me quickly and said they could come by on Monday between 9-11. There was one company that replied over the weekend but they had no reviews, so I didn't engage with them. Come Monday, Air Care was a no show, no call by 11:30. I called them and talked to Josh. He apologized and said their system didn't let them know I had an appointment. I knew I was texting with AI up to that point, so I accepted his apology. He told me they would have someone out between noon and 2. The technician showed up 20 minutes later and had the bad capacitor replaced and the spring service done in 20 minutes. Air Care came through in the end and got out A/C working again. My wife and I appreciated that and would hire them again.
