    I had service done on our old A/C and the service was great. I had some issues with the A/C, but…read moreafter the service techs worked on it, it was fixed and the problems were resolved. I figured it needed to be replaced, but the tech did some maintenance to it and fixed it. I asked how much it would cost to replace it and he said it depends on many different factors of what you want and need but right now it's running good now. So, why replace it if it's running well? I agreed. When the A/C does go out, I'll get hold of United and have them come out and give me a bid for a new one along with a couple other companies. I was told United offered financing too which was nice to know. I have recommended United before and will continue to because the job got done quickly and professionally and done right the first time and that old A/C is still running well.

Unfortunately, the unit arrived damaged and has caused ongoing operational issues since installation. The resulting failure has left our lobby temperatures ranging from 80°F to 90°F, negatively impacting guest comfort, employee working conditions, restaurant revenue, and overall guest satisfaction This experience has highlighted significant concerns regarding equipment quality control, pre-installation inspection processes, and the speed of resolution when problems arise. A new HVAC system should not require this level of follow-up, disruption, and escalation from the customer.

    Warranty company scheduled them to come out. They came out and sent in the problem and ordered the…read morethermostat on 7/16. On 7/17 I was told the part would take 1-2 days to come in and that my warranty company had not approved it yet. I called my warranty company on 7/19 and it had been approved. But was informed that he could have just called them and gotten it approved right away. No worries though because the part was ordered and 7/19 was 2 days. I had not heard from the company since 7/17. I text on 7/21 ( a Sunday) to see if there was an update on the thermostat arriving. No response. I text 7/22 and was informed they are closed on Sundays. When I inquired about the part and when I was going to have repairs done my questions were not answered. I was told I was hostile and that they would be canceling services.
