I have to give them two thumbs up for service and speed! I've been to a few different events in the past couple of months and each time they are super on it. Food comes pumping out quickly, piping hot and always nicely cooked. This past time we got the hurricane fries and the kalua pork quesadilla. Both were delicious and we devoured them lol. I didn't even get to take a picture of the quesadilla as it looked so good that my kids dug right in! Love their flavors, especially the quesadilla which was sweet from the pineapple chutney and savory from the cilantro lime aioli. Yumm!!!

Having had sub par food at their restaurant a few years ago, I figure I'd give their food truck a try which was parked at the Wailuku First Friday event. MENU: Contrary to older pictures on this page, their menu is very limited. They had about 5 selections including hurricane fries, coconut shrimp, and fish tacos. No local plate lunches. FOOD: Hurricane Fries - $6 bought me a small tray of crispy fries that were sprinkled with furikake, drizzled with a minuscule amount of creamy spicy srirachi aioli which wasn't spicy at all, then topped with arare (aka mochi crunch or rice crackers that have a shoyu flavor.) It was good but very lackluster. Perhaps the addition of melted cheese would entice my tastebuds more. I brought it back to our table in the beer garden to share but it wasn't a very popular item. SERVICE: Wailuku First Friday crowds have been dwindling so there was no line when I went. The female associate in the truck was friendly but no "thank you" received. These two simple words are hard to come by these days. OVERALL: Okay food, fair pricing.

OMGOODNESS! Three's Food Truck is so colorful and great menu! Had their style of dry mein. Ingredients listed sounded good. And actually eating this was so onolicious! A must try! Nice portions of noodles with kale, mushrooms. And lots of pork! YUM! Had the chance to eat the hurricane fries. My coworkers enjoyed it. A surprise topping of mochi-crunch they added. Cute idea but, I'll ask for it without next time. Thank you to Ashley and da chef!

Was in Maui for my dads wedding and we used threes food truck for catering. Not much to say here, these guys were amazing and we couldn't be happier. The service was extremely fast and the food quality was great. My only issue is that I wish they had more variety because everything was so good and I wanted to try more from their menu hahah. Definitely recommend visiting their restaurant or food truck if you get a chance. 9/10

I was immediately intrigued by the calamansi pork -- an item I had never seen it on a menu before. One bite and I was hooked. The pork was tender and flavorful, and the bright, citrusy calamansi added a unique tang that made the dish completely unforgettable. It was so good that I'm still thinking about it after coming home. We also tried the pancit noodles, pork sisig, and mochiko chicken, and every dish was excellent. The pancit was packed with flavor, the sisig was gelatinous (fir those who are into it), and the mochiko chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and impossible to stop eating. For my first visit to Maui and my first time trying Da Soriano Grindz, this food truck set the bar incredibly high. If you're visiting Maui and want amazing Filipino food that's a little different from what you'll find elsewhere, don't skip this spot. The calamansi pork alone is worth the trip.

Ambiance was low key and fun.

Peeked their Instagram and saw a corned beef and egg grilled cheese sandwich. Say what? Less than 5 minutes later I was texting my order in. Unfortunately, no one actually ever answered my text (please don't tell people to text if you don't reply). Being impatient, I said screw it and just drove myself there to check. They are located in Kahului Industrial in the Ferguson's parking lot, across the way from Lee Bear's. It's a really, really random spot and parking could be a challenge if it gets busy. If it's slow, you could park right in front of the trailer. The family that runs this food trailer is born and raised in Guam and their menu features Chamorro cuisine like arrozcaldo, corn soup, etc. It didn't seem like it to me at first because everything was so so familiar to me, but my friend who was raised in Guam reminded me of how it's heavily Filipino influenced and mentioned that the grilled cheese sandwich was her childhood growing-up. No wonder (I'm Filipino)... Anywho, got my corned beef and egg grilled cheese sandwich! The corned beef isn't like your St. Patty's day corned beef, but more like the Palm brand canned corned beef. The bread was also slightly sweet and was the perfect vessel for all this deliciousness. The sandwich was so tasty and had the perfect amount of meat and cheese. Definitely a great way to start my morning and can't wait to have it again. My friend also recommended trying their corn soup & their red rice whenever it's available. Will definitely try those in the future too.

We have tried quite a few of the trucks and there were long lines and I was hungry so we drifted over to Kaipo's as they didn't have much of a line. Staff were ready for a laugh with us and we ordered the Shrimp Dynamite and the Rib Eye. They were quick to cook em up, just long enough for us to buy some pineapple lemonade from the stand next door (Wailemi). The food was MOUTH WATERINGLY GOOD. I cannot understand how they didn't have a long line!! People are missing out here! My Shrimp Dynamite was served in a small container, full of melty mushroomy goodness, with crunchy courgette, shrimp cooked to perfection and a creamy sauce on top. It wasn't as hot as I like, but I only deem something spicy when I can't feel the front of my face and steam is coming out of my ears so perhaps it is spicy enough for the general public. Nevertheless it was DROOLWORTHY, so good I had to share a single piece of courgette with my husband, but that was all he was getting! No more, Nada, nope. All mine! Hubbs didn't take long to demolish his with gusto, and he was 110% satisfied with dinner. Meat was cooked just right. We liked the scoop of macaroni salad, and the green salad with mustard dressing and scoop of rice that came with each dish. All were delicious and complimentary to each other. Very filling, very satisfying and totally DEEEELICIOUS. If you visit this roach coach park you have to try Kaipo's. It is one of the best there and you don't have to wait! Plus the staff are full of fun and friendly ;) I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL OUR NEXT VISIT

I believe the truck had 2 guys and they put out the food relatively quickly. We ordered the ribeye steak which they cooked the steak medium (as requested) and came with rice, macaroni salad and vegetables. Additionally, we had the chicken plate as well. Both dishes were great, just on the pricy side and maybe ask for the sauce on the side. Parking can be found on the street or across at the lot.
