Let me preface this by saying I was extremely happy with my mini schnauzer cuts the first 2 times. This third time has been really such a horrible experience. The older lady there knew my dog and always did a good job for a fair price. This time it was different. I dropped off my dog around 9 am and picked her up probably around 12 ( they are always so timely, it's great.) I asked how it went since my dog is older, she said the usual, she was fine, sensitive on her paws, I knew that and her beard was matted( of course) she did her usual and fixed the beard. I did notice there was a big blood spot on her ear, the groomer said nothing. She basically rushed me out the door. I let it go because I figured my senior dog probably moved and it wasn't bad. I got home and noticed she her cut was very edgy, very uneven, and then my dog started being sensitive about anything or anyone touching her ear and paws. I noticed her paw pads weren't cut right. She had another nic on her back leg. I'm very disappointed. Today I showered my dog & this is what makes me write this review. My dog normally is cool in the shower and just lets me do my thing. This time she was so scared and shaking and coughing from being stressed out in the water, she was extra sensitive about her ear and her paws. She never tucks her tail between her legs and this time she did. I couldn't even blow dry her like I usually do because she wouldn't lift her head or Stop whimpering. I've never had her whimper during a bath or blow dryer. I won't be taking my dog back there and I'm really sad to say that. I liked how she normally cut my schnauzer since a lot of groomers cannot cut schnauzer's. I loved that they had note cards for the dog. I'm very very disappointed and honestly, I'm hurt that she couldn't just tell me that she cut my dog. I asked her because my dog is older and I know older dogs can be more sensitive so I wanted to make sure everything went smooth for the groomer. I'm not saying not to go there, make your own judgement. Try it, it might work for you. I had 2 great experiences and then this. Although, I won't be returning, I hope the groomer feels bad for what she did to myself and my dog. I trusted her and all she had to do was talk to me. I know things happen. read more

Been coming here for about 7 years on and off due to moving away and returning. The staff is friendly and nice, they tell you how your dog behaved and if there are any issues or things to report. Pricing is more than fair and the cuts are usually done well. We usually do a summer cut on our dogs so they're nice and cool for the local climate and still look good. Where do I start we'll first off this grooming service is not professional in anyway ... They do not treat your fur babies friendly or in any caring way. They Knick and leave cuts on them. Been with them for 5 years and I finally found a better grooming service. Never ever recommend this place . To put it simple they said my fur baby is unmanageable and hard tempered. Not true at all. They are disrespectful and charge you more and who cares about that coupon for $5 off you can keep it . Save your money find a better place. I attached a photo of what she's supposed to look like and one of how she actually looks. So I usually bring my dog here and just tell them the usual but today my roommate asked me to change it. I agreed with her and she had a picture specifically to show them exactly how we wanted it. We took my baby in and showed the girl. She then showed the woman who would be grooming my dog who hardly looked at the photo and said it's not long enough at the top. We said it's fine just leave that we're trying to grow it out. The girl at the counter continued with so the usual? And we said no like the photo. So when it was time to get my dog they had done the usual. And then my roommate said no I want the snout more rounded and the ears shaved. She continued with an attitude and then took my baby back. We left to get called 5 minutes later and they just shaved her whole face. And did a terrible choppy dogs didn't even fix the ears. And we paid without them asking if we would like to see her first. They brought her out and she looks like a gremlin. It's like she went out on girls night and had a rough night. Im obviously not going to be bringing her back there. This review is long, long overdue. I took my dog here to get groomed and they take 7 hours for a trim and they call me right before their store is about to close to pick up my dog right away as they are about to close. I get there and notice my dog has a cut below her arm on her chest area. I ask them and they say it was a tiny cut no big deal it will heal. I go home and notice my dog licking the cut constantly. I look closer and it literally looks like a small scoop of her flesh is gone. Omg. I take her to the vet and he tells me she needs stitches ASAP as the cut is very deep. I inform tender touch of everything and they agree to pay the vet bill. I go to pick up my money and the two ladies who were working at the time rudely handed me my money without an apology or any verbal communication. Just looked at each other and continued with grooming the dogs. Seriously, horrible customer service and I felt so badly for my poor dog! At least be upfront with the cut it was obviously a huge cut and traumatizing experience for my dog. I have become a regular here for many many years now and the staff are friendly and do a wonderful job at grooming! When I first started coming here I had one dog and once I got my 2nd she too has been coming here. Both my dogs come out every time looking and smelling great with their bows and are handled very well with the staff here. Keep in mind that they have a tendency to book up fairly quickly so calling in advance for an appointment is usually needed. I find that they are the most reasonably priced in the area too and do just as great of a job as some of the more expensive groomers. read more
