Magazines and books...Returned the car a day early and was told I was going to be charged $400 for PET HAIR... Well, we took pics and video...Before and after spending a whopping $2 to vacuum up the 13 "hairs" we found on the back seat (I had no passengers at all during my 3k mile trip..just books and mags and epherma)..returned and the car "passed their inspection" This has been escalated to corporate. Best I can figure is since the rental was CHEAP they were trying to gauge me for another $400. Not this guy....If you are used to being thanked for your business and asked how they can serve you in the future, AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.. Pay the extra few bucks a day and rent somewhere else.
