Terrible location, I picked up the car and dropped off other location 56 miles south 1 hour later speaking to enterprise customer service. They over-charged my credit card. It is fraud. I spoke to enterprise customer service twice after the incident, they said they were going to give me the refund, they never did. Denied a two week reservation because I could not provide a second contact number. Manager made a very bad decision and Corporate upper management supported the action. I am a disabled Veteran and retired Police Officer but was denied my rental because I could not provide a second contact number. Going to my congressman on this one stay clear of this office. The called me back and said it is what it is basically lol it is what it is means you WILL lose USSA and Military Vets business on this one. I had a great experience renting my car here! I had to travel for work and was not able to get out of work until about 5:30 to pick up my car. I did not wind up getting to Enterprise until almost 6, when they closed. They stayed open to give me my car even though they were ready to leave. Mike Tresnan helped me out and was so helpful. The car was great and I got to my location without any issues. Dropping the car off Mike helped me again and then Kyle drove me to where I needed to go. The staff is super friendly and nice, but the car I received was not clean. I received a Jetta which is awesome, but when I got in and started driving I realized that there were stains all along the interior, trash inside the drivers side cup holders, and crumbs everywhere. It just seemed like they did not do a thorough cleaning of the vehicle. I took it back and they cleaned the car again but the stains are still here. The staff was very courteous but I hate staring at the stains and it skeeves me out that I have to keep driving this vehicle for another week or so. I wish they would have just given me another car when I brought it back. I know it's just some stains but I would expect something better from a rental!!! :( read more

I couldn't believe how unprofessional the 2 men we dealt with were. First, why are they closed on a Saturday? Second, the guy who picked us up asked us about twenty question. Third, they no longer drop off the rental at the airport which is fine but that was never mentioned until we were driven to their shop. The car wasn't even wiped down on the inside. And if you drop off the car after 1pm on a Saturday you get charged for Sunday too because they're closed. Im not sure who runs this office but I highly recommend hiring people that get it. Staff was really friendly. But when we saw the car we asked are you guys going to wash it. They said we did but if you want we do it again. Car looked disgusting. When we looked at the inside. There was stains on the seats looked like crumbs on the floor and around center console. Just really disappointed in the car experience considering you are paying for this. After two failed attempts to use my points I booked the Enterprise rental through the Airport FBO. The car was not delivered to the airport (which I was promised it would be). When I got a ride to the off airport site I was told the car would be and additional $20.00 (over the online quotes I had). After a 5 minute arguement they conceded the $20.00. The manager was very rude to the point that I would have gone to Avis but it was 2 miles away and I was without a car. They gave me a larger car (which I did not ask for or want) which was very,very dirty. As a private pilot I use Enterprise alot. They are usually very helpful and polite, Wappingers Falls is not. read more

Went with my husband to get a rental that was set up for us by Geico after my husband was rear ended. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, weren't clear in their explanation of the cost of full coverage insurance being $30 per day. Considering we needed the car for 2 plus weeks, this was a considerable expense that was not explained clearly enough. We were simply asked if we wanted it and asked to sign and leave a deposit. When I called for clarification as to why they needed more of a deposit, I was told that the entire deposit had been used for insurance, and we currently owed over $300 for insurance for the car for the 10 days that we had it. When my husband went to remove the insurance before he returned the car, they told us there was nothing that could be done about the charge for legal reasons. Then, they offered to remove half. When my husband returned the car, we were charged in full for the amount of the insurance, despite being told it would be cut in half. After calling corporate offices, I was told that we were refunded half of the cost AFTER my husband left the office--but the amount was still incorrect and we were still charged more than half. Refuse the insurance when they ask, and make sure you keep accurate records of what you are told. I'm disappointed that we were given different information each time we called or spoke to someone and I wouldn't recommend using this location. read more
