I mean literally stand right behind them inside of the ball pit otherwise you will get some random nine year old throwing balls right into their face and no the staff will not say anything. It was wonderful to see him have such a great time playing with the different contraptions they have there and running up and down the little obstacle course. Why is this my favorite field trip to take our kids? Because the ball pit is the closest thing a Southern Californian will get to a neighborhood snowball fight. But instead of snowballs it's foam balls. Nowhere else can you get away with throwing and shooting foam balls at little kids without getting in trouble. If a parent looks at you funny, you just shoot them, too. The set-up is simple. People who make it up to the second level will find the air guns. People on the bottom try to collect the foam balls in bags. Shoot them. People try to put balls in a big cannon to-- who cares-shoot them. People try to put the balls in a big volcano. Shoot them in the face, they're right in the open. Some people don't even know what's going on. Shoot them continuously until they doubt there is a God. Now that's fun. read more

Wow! This place is awesome to have your toddler waste their energy, go up & down the playground, shoot balls, throw balls or just having fun making a mess :)). The staff are friendly & very helpful. You do have to watch your kids. They are not baby sitter. I only had to pay for my 9 year old boy. My 16months old baby was free. We are able to go in & out just in case we needed to get something to eat or simply just go shopping! Take your kids here! read more

Place is nice for the kids to have fun. They have 30 people working but no security by the door so someone could easily kidnap your child if you blink. Also if someone was to kidnap your child good luck calling 911. The place is a dead zone you can't get calls and you cant use your phone (tmobile, at&t , Verizon, sprint) over wifi either. The employees say to borrow the next building's wifi "buffalo wild wings" very sad. A security guard and WiFi are needed immediately or a disaster is 5 minutes from happening at this place. read more

It's a fun place to take the kids while you sit down and rest after all that shopping. The price is reasonable. What I don't like is that the staff doesn't stay in one place. They're just everywhere so if the kids like to do rock climbing you have to look for a staff first which is why I took one star away. I've came before and my experience was okayyyyyy, but it's a bit out of my way to go somewhere for a mediocre experience. I came back on a whim and let me say I am BEYOND PLEASED!!! There was an employee, I believe his name was Abner? Not sure if I spelled that right.... anyways, his service was BEYOND customer service expectations. As someone who works in the restaurant industry as a Guest Service Department Manager, my expectations are already very high. (Seriously.... no one impresses me.) Anywho, I brought my nephew along. Abner was so so sweet and genuinely cared about my nephews experience and wanted nothing but the best for him! My 2 year old loves this place and it is nice to watch him explore. He us still a bit young, but it is great either way. My only wish is that there was a bit more security. The employees do not really watch the kids and anyone can basically walk and leave with my child without notice. This place is perfect for birthdays of all ages! We celebrated my sons 10th birthday here a couple weeks ago, and we invited our friends/family to join us. We had a total of 40 people, 13 of which were children, so we rented out a party room for an hour. This amount of time worked out just perfectly, as we took time to eat and enjoy a nice break from all the fun we were having. It couldn't have gone better thanks to Abner, our party coordinator. The great thing about this place is our entire group of all ages played in all the various areas! Grandparents were there playing skiiball and air hockey. The young-middle aged adults were rock climbing, doing the high rope challenges and laser tag. My Dad even went through the ball pit along with the younger children which seemed to be as little as 2. Laser tag was my favorite because Miguel made a special announcement allowing the entire party to go in together. So much fun and such great memories. We celebrate our son's 10th birthday here, it was very fun and the kids really have a blast especially with the high ropes and laser tag! The ballocity is also a hit for both parents and the kids! Our party started at 1pm on saturday, and were almost the only people that are using the facility, and it become crowded after 3pm so im glad that we started early. They have a variety of option to pick for your party, the parents are free of charge. Also you need to provide everything - food, drinks and utensils. I came here around the beginning of the year and decided to give it another try a couple of weeks ago before my kids went back to school. There are a few things that make me give this business a one star. Firstly the atmosphere here is very odd. It's very hot in there too and when I asked an employee if the AC was on they said it wasn't working. Secondly it seems as though the manager is not very friendly towards customers when they have an issue. When I was there everyone seemed stressed out, and I understand that because it was a weekend but the manager was quick to have an attitude with someone who had an issue with the arcade. Her name was Brenda if I'm not mistaken...Observing how she treated a customer that was addressing a concern about the games was very unprofessional. My three boys ages 9, 6, 4 love this place! My 9 year old loved it so much he recently had his birthday party here. The laser tag arena is the highlight here. It is two stories with a ramp to run up, areas to hide in and up to 14 players. You get 10 minutes so it really allows you to get into the game. The ball pit was a favorite of my 6 and 4 year old, they spent a lot of time in there. The bull and the climbing wall is also worth it to try. The ropes course was amazing as it goes around the top of the facility and is quite challenging. They have brought in new video games which my boys were so excited to play. Signing up for the party was straightforward, and they called a few days ahead to check in and see if there was anything they could do to help. They also assign a party host to help you the day of. I highly recommend having a birthday party here and just going to spend time with family and friends. read more

We had an absolute blast at Thrill It last week. The owners and employees were attentive, helpful, and made it so fun for the kids. Everything is clean and they are very conscientious of covid precautions. We did laser tag, the rock wall, the high climbing, ball area, and the mechanical bull. So much fun! We stayed about 3 hours and the kids were well entertained! They have open bathrooms and water vending machines and they allow you to bring in food so we got to have cupcakes for my friends' son's bday. The manager on duty was great as well (Kim I believe is her name?). They were so proactive, attentive, friendly, sincere and on top of things. I brought my kids here yesterday after hearing about it from a friend. Needless to say my kids had a blast! The customer service was made up of young high school kids but the were all very polite and helpful. The prices are pretty good and I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to pay for myself, my husband or my one year old, so I only had to pay for my boys. The only thing they wanted to do was the big play structure so it was $20 for three hours. Not bad! The kids ran around and had a lot of fun. Even my daughter found things to play with. My only real concern are the ball guns stationed around the play structure. While the balls are made of some sort of foam material, they packed a bit of a sting when shot out of the guns. The kids also seemed to take this as an opportunity to be little jerks and I had to tell numerous children to stop shooting me and my infant daughter. I just don't think those are a very good idea but the kids seem to really enjoy them. I on the other hand, did not. Overall it was fun and I will definitely bring my kids back! read more

Mehhhh this place is lameeeee. I thought it would be so much bigger but it's not at all!!! You can literally walk in and see the whole place. Came here on a Sunday with a group of friends thinking it's like those jumping places but it's not. They just have a big play sliding area with ball blaster. It's $10/person all day. They have laser tag, which is $7/person for 10 mins. There's also tightrope walking on top, idk how much that is. And mechanical bull riding (which will be a show for everyone). We decided to play some laser tag. Thought we could have a private session but we had to play with mean ass annoying kids. We were playing and they kicked my friends and I and started cursing at us! Wtf. They obvi didn't pay attention to the safety video in the beginning that says NO TOUCHING. It was really hot in there, they should turn up the air. My friend rode the mechanical bull and it was pretty hilarious. I wouldn't do it for an audience! read more

Kids mostly had a good time but the whole experience was ruined by a handful of unruly kids, one of whom spit on my daughter, and the staff's refusal to tell one very inconsiderate parent to leave and perhaps politely request that a few others keep a closer eye on the their kids. This isn't the kind of place where you can just drop off your kids and leave them and the Thrill It shouldn't allow that to happen. But they do. And when they put the small number of bad parents ahead of the much larger number of good ones, the piss off a larger customer base. My kids wanted to leave and we won't be going back. read more

This place is excellent for kids. I have been bringing my son here since he was 1 Yr old. The ball pen, seems to be the biggest attraction here. Their arcade is a little small, but the they also have a mechanical bull too. It's usually very clean, the only thing is that sometimes there are kids who are out of control, and their parents kinda ignore them. Other than that I come here at least once or twice a month. Pricing is ok, it has obviously come up since we have been coming here, but my only complaint is every time I call to find out their hours, they tell me one thing and when I show up, it says different on the door. Like today I called they said they close at 10pm, I show up at 8, and they say their closing at 9pm. It's happened numerous times. Staff is always friendly. read more
