Their staff if incredible and so well informed that I was able to say very vague words (cat safe, easy to manage, does well in windows) and was offered a variety of plants. They are so so well priced and there is such a wide selection. The shop feels like magic the way it just keeps going the further in you walk! So glad I went to Potted instead of a big retailer. You get to pick your model and fabric, with many to choose from. And, it's made locally, which is validated by it being made and delivered in less than 2 weeks!
