The cashiers must be blown out on their own stock because they take 10 times longer than any other dispensary I've been to. It's - BRUTAL. EVERY TIME. Disappointed, yet again. I drove all the way from Plymouth to Middleborough, only to find out that they have no Indica chocolate or baked goods (well, except for ONE item, in the whole store). The guy at the counter was trying to get me to buy chocolate that he was showing me on their website. When I pointed out that it doesn't indicate that it was Indica and I didn't want to take a hybrid or Sativa just before going to bed, he back-peddled, saying, "sometimes the website isn't updated properly". Huh ? Really? So, in essence, I'm supposed to buy edibles to help me sleep but I'm also supposed to guess at what's in them or have staff run a parade of products in front of me so I can read the ingredients. I've been shopping here since their grand opening--sometimes twice a week. The staff is friendly, and the prices are solid, especially with my vet discount. But over time, it feels like every visit comes with a new rule or fee. The breaking point? Their points system. For **three weeks straight**, I was able to redeem my points just fine--I even stacked up thousands from regular spending. Then suddenly, they claimed it was a "glitch" and wiped them all. Funny how the "glitch" only got noticed once I started *using* points instead of earning them. Even worse? My buddy (no med card) still used his with no issues. Sketchy as hell. I was told this dispensary was dog-friendly, but after waiting in line with my 3-lb, well-behaved dog, the staff was rude, dismissive, and ultimately kicked me out. The attitude was unprofessional and completely at odds with what I was told beforehand. Pet owners, beware -- you may be turned away despite what you're told. Panacea was the first distillery I went to, and I had absolutely no knowledge about anything. The workers were super helpful and I was very grateful they listened to me, asking whether or not I needed this for pain, stress, anything else in my life going on and so they were able to nail down exactly what I needed it for and things worked out. they are always under staff. so the lines are long. they have online order lines but no one works the register so you have to wait with the people who didn't order in advance. the people working there don't have any people skills there kinda rude. Normally I really like this place but haven't been there in awhile because it's a bit out of the way. Last week I was in the area for a meeting and decided to stop in. I'd been away so long that I had renewed my card and got a coupon for $50 of a $100 purchase. So, I used it and the budtender punched it, gave it back and said I could use it one more time. I was surprised and questioned her and she confirmed it. I was close to the area again this week and went out of my way to go there to reuse that coupon and when I got up to the front I was told it's only useable once. I explained and the helpful budtender called the manager over and explained. He immediately threw up his hands, raised his voice and said no and that it was an "over his head" decision. I was happy the the budtender questioned him and asked if there was anything they could do since I'd been given the wrong information and had come out of my way to use it. Then the manager got frustrated with the situation and raised his voice more, looking at me and saying "NEVER, NEVER DO WE USE A RECERT TWICE. NEVER." He then agreed to let me use it (so, not an over-his-head decision). I added more to my order to make the $100 and ended up being short about $5 in cash because I'd only brought enough to make the initial $50 purchase. They would not let me split the order and pay with the cash I had and put the difference on my card. At this point, I was so flustered and embarrassed because he'd made me feel like I'd done something wrong by trying to use the card twice and since I have PTSD (why I'm a medical patient) that I threw my own hands up and walked out without my order. Now, I'm down the $50 I was told was mine to use towards an order AND the gas for going out of my way to go there and I left without the meds I needed. I get that the manager was frustrated with his employee and not me (he even said so) but he needs to practice dealing with his frustration without placing any of it on the customer. Especially at a medical dispensary where things like this can really affect a patient. The budtender was kind and helpful but I don't see myself going back there if this is how management handles something like this. It was disappointing, to say the least. read more

Avery was super nice, extremely helpful, and the epitome of professionalism. I would return here just to see him again! This facility is modern and clean, with ample safe parking. Several staff members were not wearing masks, but most were. This dispensary carries a full line of Betty's Eddies, vegan/gluten free/allergen free edibles. I am allergic to red 40, and I am also a vegan, so this is important to me. They have both medical and recreational packages, with different dosing for each use. Yesterday, I bought a Nature's heritage 0.5 G of Mandarin cookies cartridge pen, 5-10 thread. Hit it again this morning and it seems like it is leaking to the bottom into my battery. Called to see if they would honor an exchange and they said without a receipt they cannot do anything for me. This is a waste of $60 with the tax. It is not right at all that they sell products that are defective for such a high price. It seems like I'm not the only one that this has happened to. I came with the intention of buying a hybrid. Not sativa dominant, but indica dominant hybrid. On the tablet at the dispensary and online it signifies Hybrid with no intention of it leaning a certain way. Placed my order and waiting in line. I got to the desk she handed me a bag but confirmed cart was hybrid. Believed her. Got in my car, opened it, it is sativa. Lady could've actually read the package before handing it to me to confirm but didn't. Anyway, I went back inside, attempted a refund/switch and she said I couldn't because I already left the inside of the store. This happened within 5 minutes time frame. I checked the label and it had been sitting in the jar nearly 10 months! I went in first time waited in line for 15 minutes only to find out you had to go upstairs to place order on a tablet then go back down to get order. I chose Tincture went back down stood in line again only to find out I had ordered something on the Medical side ( think THC content was under 300 MG). The attendant told me of my error but also said there are times the same product is available REC. I then asked what else was available for tincture or concentrates and there was 0. I was then informed that State Law prohibits REC tincture or Concentrates can't be over 100mg THC. Not true. I then asked for a manager and he was just as self righteous and said I can check back another day for the same tincture as they needed to save certain amount for Medical . Really? Not getting that hour waste of time back. Terrible experience. Same thing going up on Yelp and Google. I live a stones throw away and never had a clue what your business is and never even heard about you which might be a clue that you are irrelevant and giving misinformation . most Recently I received a call on the Friday before thanksgiving asking if I wanted a Turkey because I was disabled and that someone would return my call on the next Monday telling when to pick it up but Monday came and went with no call .... Medical review of Panacea Wellness; This is the only combined med/rec dispensary I don't mind going to, the separate line and great service I received made this place worth the 45 min drive! Unlike some combined dispensaries this place was able to help both medical and recreational patients efficiently. There was plenty of room inside the building to accommodate for the high number of cars in the parking lot ( mostly for rec ). I was in and out with some AMAZING flower within 10 minutes! my first visit here was unpleasant with the lady at counter telling me i wasnt a medical patient And not in the system when i just came from a dispensary the town over with no problems. After they figured it out i grabbed some natures heritage live rosin of which i was very disappointed in quality flavor and color. It looked like sift rosin. fast forward 2 months i saw some rosin on the menu that looked decent, it looked white and wet, the way rosin is supposed to be, so i went in and grabbed 2 grams (200$). after opening the jars and seeing dark poop colored rosin i was heated. online it was advertised as live rosin but on the box it said keif rosin. so i call and ask for a refund on the basis of being unsatisfied and false advertising and they tell me they cant help me because its an outsourced product and that none of their photos are real they are all just stock photos, which is not noted anywhere on the items listing. The lady manager on the phone was rude and not helpful . if people in mass knew about real meds this place and most other ma dispensaries would be out of business already read more
